Hotel UNO is NOT a resort. If you need just place to sleep and I am too old for hostels - this is great location. Just 3 minutes from Kings Cross station, close to downtown and all attractions. If you want you can get your own meal too - there is microwave, mini stove, kettle, some dishes etc.

The location was great. It was halfway between Crown St and Central Station. The bedsheets were changed every day, which wasn't necessary, but a nice luxury. The bar fridge was handy for me to put drinks or any food I brought into the room.

Most comfy bed, lovely pillows and mattress topper. Luxury linen. Slept like a baby. Breakfast lovely homemade selection like a delux continental. Nice coffee. Staff were super polite, friendly and accommodating with great attitudes. Bathroom was clean no sign of mould. I honestly havebt had a hotel stay quite as good as this in years. It was fab!

I always stay here. I love the heritage and history of the building. The foyer is grand and gives a feeling of luxury and occasion when you enter the building. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast now has a self service buffet (finally) and the foyer music has been turned down (at last).

The apartment was advertised as luxury but was very basic. It had all that was required.

This is a hostel with shared bathrooms and not a luxury resort.
