Watching the sunrise and sunset from this cottage (#3) was incredible. The fire pit was greatly appreciated after the sun went down. The location is great. Peaceful and right near town. Our cottage was very clean.

Excellent customer service. You can have a 5 star resort but with zero customer service you won't go far. It is nice, quaint area. It is near the lake for fishing. A quiet beach 10 min drive away. It is a nice getaway place to just ponder about life and get away from the city.
The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had a lot of space. The pool was clean and maintained. The location was very nice, right next to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next stay at Haven Holiday Resort Sussex Inlet.
The location was very good, the room was small and compact, the bed was most comfortable, the two seater lounge was the only seating in the unit and was the most uncomfortable lounge we have ever experienced we resorted to bringing our collapsible chairs into the unit and using them. The noise from the upstairs units was quite loud and disturbing. The unit is very old and needs considerable work to be done.

Not much has changed in Sussex Inlet over the years. The same can be said about the SIM. It's comfortable, clean has a good shower and is right in the middle of town. It's no luxury resort, it's just a basic brick motel.
