It was such a pleasant experience… we broke the trip from the Gold Coast to Sydney and arrived early evening. The Staff were friendly, helpful & so accommodating. The Resort was just lovely and the room spacious and clean with a lovely outlook. We travelled with 2 dogs & it was really easy.
This is a lovely, well cared for studio in a pretty location away from the centre of Nambucca but close enough to walk to town and beaches. The studio isn't glitzy luxury accommodation - It's spacious, very comfortable, in a charming setting. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside, having a glass of wine and a llight meal while chatting to a healthy looking possum. Breakfast was had under the watchful gaze of a young 'roo. We'll be back!
A pleasant gem of a surprise …. Great location. Love that Nambucca has updated the old accomodation rather than knocking it down for generic development. Not for those who look for luxury in furnishing (still tastefully done)- but clean, comfortable and homely. Great for the dogs too.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful. We asked for a microwave and were given one. Asked for a booking extension and was not an issue. Offered additional information at check-in. The room was clean comfortable and roomy. The resort was tidy and welcoming. Being able to bring my pet was great he loved the big balcony to. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and really didn't want to leave.
We were very excited to book the Cubana Resort, particularly given that it was a 'total' resort with a restaurant and happy hour. We decided to spend the extra on the room given that we could just relax and enjoy the facilities. Unfortunately none of the facilities were open! No apology from the staff just 'too bad so sad' from the lady and then the gentleman actually laughed at us and told us to drive to the RSL!
The resort is beautiful, rooms modern & very clean. I was a little concerned when we arrived with proximity to main road, but was not an issue from inside units. I loved the private balcony area overlooking beautiful garden
Brilliant renovation and refurb job of a retro style motel … beautifully finished rooms with luxury finishes.
Exceeded our expectations and actually looks better than it’s photos.
