I stuffed up and booked for the day after we arrived. However, when we rocked up at close to 11 at night, they were still happy to help us get an extra night and even a better room than we had booked. Outstanding service, also were more then happy to hold our bags for the the day before our flight
This place was super clean, and modern (looked almost brand new, you could not tell the room had been stayed in before). The gym is a great addition and provides all of the basic gym needs. The pool and sauna / steam rooms provide a luxury spa type vibe.
All round amazing hotel and facilities (plus great location close to the Southern Cross station).
Absolute luxury and just what we needed after a 14-hour flight. Spacious room with full ensuite including a bath and fluffy bathrobes. After a European trip involving 21 hotel stays, I can honestly say that this hotel had the most comfortable beds of the trip! Huge TV too!
