M1 is a perfect holiday location we had a brilliant holiday. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in a great location close to cafes, the beach, the river and the Sunshine Plaza and Big Top centre. The managers of M1 are friendly and helpful and we recommend holidaying at this location. One thing to be aware of is that if you book your accommodation on booking.com you are not guaranteed to get the apartment you booked and paid for. We booked a 3 bed apartment with ocean and hinterland views on an upper floor of the complex as this is what booking.com were selling. When we arrived we were put in a different apartment on a low floor without the views we thought we were getting. We would still stay at this complex, it was excellent.

We recently stayed at Pacific Beach Resort during the Ironman 70.3 event, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was modern, spotless, and provided all the comfort we needed after long days of activities. The location was absolutely ideal, especially for the event, as the resort was right across from the finish line, making it incredibly convenient. Being so close to everything, we were able to fully enjoy both the race and the local area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location!

Great staff, great views, lovely pool, bike hire (free) was great, good location, lovely beach. Room was pleasant although I have some suggestions for improvement in "what I didn't like" below.

Ideal location on the Maroochydore River, quiet end of a cul-de-sac. Bus route to the rear. Very roomy and comfortable inside and out. The garden area and al fresco would the best "chill out "zone I've experienced, better than Bali resorts. Included tall tables and bar stools to oversee the river, with bar-b-que and outdoor TV. Comfortable beds. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer provided, TV and air-conditioning
Great Location. Close to the Cotton Tree shops and Maroochy Surf Club all within walking distance. Great amenities in the resort - spa, sauna, steam room and pool. 3 bedroom apartment is amazing.
We liked the luxury of having a self-contained apartment which was pleasantly appointed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. It was nice to have a balcony.
View of beach was excellent. Coffee shops and other shops nearby, however need to use vehicle to eat at better reastaurants. The resort is few minutes walk away from the Maroochy Life Saving Club and the beach was clean. If you travel there with a large ute, manoeuvring around a full carpark can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed the facility.
It was everything we needed a unit to be. Good location, only a view of the street and other resort buildings. We were catching up with friends from New Zealand so the unit was just a place to sleep and have a cuppa.
