The hotel is fantastic, which position is best, design very elegant and graceful, room can be luxury, breakfast rich and high quality, television program so much, etc.
The breakfast very nice the staff were great as our daughter had to have a heart procedure the following day so your manager unloaded their car and took the luggage to our room also reloaded it for there trip home we give you full marks for outstanding service will recommend you all to our friends
We had all the facilities to make our breakfast in a kitchen area that was very well equipped.
The liner & towels were good quality.
The laundry was was a total luxury. There were plenty of machines, a sink, a fitted ironing board & iron and even a warm covered area Fiordland natural drying.
A great find for our three night stay. Perfect location as it was close to the market area and there was a free tram close to the main entrance that took us to a lovely beach resort called Glenelg. The Fringe Festival was on in Adelaide which added to our enjoyment. A great time to visit.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially "Sybil" on reception who was an absolute star.
The staff tried very hard and many staff went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. We have mentioned the staff names at Reception and hope they receive the recognition they deserve.. The dinner meal at Garcon Bleu was outstanding. The rooms are comfy and spacious with beautiful décor and typical Sofitel luxury. Some of the staff are exceptional and made us feel like guests in their home and cant wait to see us again! Keep up the outstanding service.
