The staff at Park Hyatt was super attentive. During the booking I mentioned the purpose of my stay and the staff reached out promptly to arrange for the details from the decoration, type of cake, type of flowers. The level of detail and effort was amazing. I should also mention that the breakfast spread should satisfy even the most picky guests.

Cyprus
A huge room with a fantastic view, robe, slippers, welcome fruit bowl, and Macrons. The evening buffet and breakfast were exceptional and not overly busy. Food from all over the world, nicely presented and replenished frequently. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rush to move you out. Lovely waiting staff, although the grill chef was a little grumpy. Pool areas were good, although very busy. Beach was small but quieter, and a nice touch giving free water and a cooler box. The reception area very impressive and was checked in by a very lovely Lucy, who I must say has an amazing memory. Girls handing out coffee and treats also very nice.
Abu Dhabi
The hotel has 2 expansive swimming pools where one of the pools features slides and a lazy river, a spa that offers massages, a full range of lavish body treatments and a Moroccan Hammam for relaxing rituals. The Emirates Palace also has a fitness centre, 'Water Sports' and 'Aqua Fun Park' amenities, and a kids’ club, so enjoyable small guests will beg their parents to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Recently renovated hotel premises were fabulous. Service was impeccable. Appreciated the front desk team, especially Stella. The breakfast was wonderful. Great view to the garden too!

It's actually much nicer than in the pictures. Very relaxing, chilled atmosphere. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing. Villa was very clean, comfy. The pool was a real treat, very private, good depth for kids. Very family friendly with lots of activities for kids as well as the pool. The decor is beautiful, very luxurious and stylish, yet practical. We had a wonderful time there and all the family was catered for and left relaxed. We will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.
