We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during Eid Al Fitr period, and it was an excellent experience. We were travelling with kids and they were never bored during the stay. Even though the hotel was very busy due to the Eid holidays, but everything was in order and the service was excellent, never have we felt that there was any issue due to the high number of people at the hotel. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had water, tea and coffee available in the room. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, he was very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at Nama restaurant as we were on a half board package. The food is amazing, a lot of options are available that will suite everyone’s taste. The buffet was an international one. Yugesh, Akhil and Sanjay from the restaurant really made our dining experience next level. Even though the restaurant was at peak but they always managed to ensure that nothing was missing from us, all three really went above and beyond.
