They went out of their way to make it a nice experience. They arranged a projector for us when we wanted to watch the Rugby. We got freshly baked bread for dinner. It was an overall great experience.

We loved our stay at the Lunfird Garden Cottage. If you are searching for some tranquility outside the city, this is your place. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing. Very specious and you have everything that you need. You can come here with friends but also with your kids. It's definitely children friendly. They do have a nice pool and garden. As well as a lot of animals. We loved seeing them. It's like a little farm. You can get fresh eggs and other things if you like to. You have an amazing balcony where you can have your coffee in the morning. The bathrooms are spacious, and you can even do your laundry there. It's your private little cottage, but the owners are there if you need anything. We felt very welcomed and we hope to come and stay here again.

East of East Guest Cottage, a property with barbecue facilities, is set in Avondzon, 27 km from University of Pretoria, 28 km from Pretoria Country Club, as well as 29 km from Union Buildings. This cottage is stunningly decorated and extremely well equipped. Exceeded my expectations and a very high quality accommodation. Lovely host and amazing breakfast - highly recommend.

Situated 49 km from University of Pretoria, Sunset Cottages at Viva Connect, Cullinan offers accommodation with a patio. Leon and Meleny are wonderful hosts and even provided a wonderful dinner for us on our first night, delivered to our beautiful cottage - do eat here if you can - the food was wonderful and Meleny even made vegetarian food for me. We had drinks and lovely conversation with our hosts and you are definitely welcomed as friends. You know nothing would be too much trouble for these lovely people and they will help and advise you if you can. Additionally their cottage was beautiful with everything you could need and has the best bathroom, possibly in the world

The hosts went above and beyond from arrival to departure. Liza-Marie gave us a choice of rooms and was worried that we might not want guests next to us. I wasn't sure if I had ordered breakfast but she brought a lovely basket with yoghurt and muesli and scones every day. I needed to do some washing as we had been travelling for 2 weeks and had had no opportunity to use a washing machine. She and the cleaning lady just did it for us and we came back to our clean clothes. We ran out of wine one evening and the shops were closed, they just popped home and got us a bottle. The house is old but really well cared for and beautifully restored with homely touches in the bedroom and bathroom. The gardens are well tended and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the shade. A lovely place to stay.
