Kapa'a Sands 09 is located on the beachfront in Kapaa, 300 metres from Wailua Beach and 500 metres from Papaloa Beach. Our condo was right in front of a tide pool with lots of wonderful tropical fish and facing the most amazing ocean views in every direction we looked. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed and were quite comfortable being lulled to sleep every night with the many sounds of the ocean. A very restful time spent with family who were staying in one of the two-bedroom units.

They accommodated us despite a last minute booking need. The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool was exceptional and great for kids. We had a wonderful stay!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was always clean when we came back at the night. The cats were so cute and friendly. It made our trip even better.

The place was comfortable and clean. Paula from the reception was wonderful and helped us get helicopter ride tickets. Angela from the reception was very kind and helpful. Only 20 min from the airport; perfectly situated half way to travel to the different attractions in Kauai. Nice large convenience store/market steps away. Friendly staff. The beach is close by, a short walk across a field of tall grasses. Very "chill" beach vibe with lots of vegetation including pine trees, had a "wild" solitary feel to it and it was almost private.
We had a great stay at Kauai Coast Resort! Our departing flight got cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night. The staff was very helpful with everything. We had a great room with plenty of space for our family of four. Our boys loved the pool as well. The coconut marketplace was right across the street and had several souvenir shops, restaurants and an ABC store.

Beautiful property with fabulous pond and garden literally right outside our bedroom- koi carp, dragonflies, birds and so many lizards. We loved it. Fresh fruit provided, plenty of coffee etc and good little kitchen where we could make pasta. Easy parking, lovely host and great area for seeing Kauai. Sooo much nicer than staying in a resort hotel, would highly recommend.
Less busy side of Kauai, great food options within walking distance, cheap room pricing for Kauai, rooms are spacious and nice, rooms use a code so no key card is needed and you can't get locked out, overlooks a beautiful back yard with the ocean just in sight, friendly and understanding staff, we were the only people in the hotel for like 3 days.
This is a convenient location. Close to Kapaa and Lihue as well as several attractions such at Kauai Backcountry Adventures and Smith's Family Luau. Bar and breakfast area on site. Beach is right there as you are across from a park to the rear of the hotel. Spacious rooms.
Friendly staff and great history! The hotel has been in this location since 1890! Great to experience this little piece of history and a wonderful launching point to explore Kauai. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future!
The room had a great view and enough space for our family. All the equipment even though a little beaten up worked fine. Kids loved the pools and beach bar was also pretty cool. Great location for all the Kauai ventures.

This is a cute hotel with smallish rooms. Its convenience to the airport was perfect for our last night on Kauai. There was a fridge and great airflow from the second floor.

Hotel prices on Kauai have gone crazy. This hotel seems to be one of the only ones that charges fairly. Bikes were great in the morning. Beach access is wonderful.
The staff were noticeably friendlier than staff at other hotels in Kauai. The location is spot-on the beach with fantastic views of the surrounding hillsides.

The location is excellent - Poipu is a great Kauai location. The Hilton Vacation Club is very close to the best of Poipu. The rooms are spacious.
The ISO hotel is a very nice place to stay in Kauai. It's more quiet compared to the big resorts around and the room quality are very good.

Charming collection of old cottages on site fronting a quiet beach. The cottages are all slightly different, but well equipped, comfortable and clean. It is charming and understated . The details on the Booking.com site really undersell the property. There are beautiful sunsets and the grounds are lovely to walk in. The property does have an independently run restaurant and bar on site. Close to the Waimea Canyon, so you can get a morning head start on other visitors.
