Great place to stay in Penn Yan in the Finger Lakes region. Been coming here for years. Ashley and Vanessa from the front desk and Nikki in housekeeping and the breakfast attendant-all extremely professional and kind. They admitted how they love serving the people and the guests and they just really made our experience a nice one and got us anything we needed. They deserve a ton of credit. Front desk staff was courteous and kind, and patient when helping figure out an issue with the wi-fi (which turned out to be my issue and not the hotel's). Breakfast was very good insofar as hotel breakfasts go, and the coffee was quite good. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Housekeeping is on-demand, which is on-par with most hotels' current standards -- a wise, efficient practice. Plus... if you're into higher-end craft coffee, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is just around the corner!
Burdett
The location was perfect for a quiet Finger Lakes getaway. The apartment was immaculate and felt brand new. The owners paid attention to every small detail and we had everything needed for a long weekend. Listening to the falls at night and being able to grill and sit by our own private fire pit on our own deck was a big bonus. They really did think of everything. Also having Overlook Coffee directly below us, with the friendliest owners, was truly the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again.
Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Very surprised with how open and inviting front lobby was. Room and hotel very clean and appears decor was new or recently updated. Good location for us between Finger Lakes and Rochester New York, For those who want fast food variety there is a Taco Bell, KFC and Dunkin Donuts just out front door. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.
We stayed in a water view king room. The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty. The hotel was clean. We ate a very good meal at the hotel on the patio looking at the lake. We only spent a day here, passing through but we have spent longer in the Finger Lakes in the past. It is a beautiful area with plenty of wineries and waterfalls.
Beautiful, clean hotel that was in the perfect location for a relaxing weekend in the Finger Lakes. Super comfy room and hotel was central to endless wineries/breweries along both sides of the lake. Walking distance down to the harbor and downtown Watkins Glen restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend here :)

A nice family owned hotel in a Finger Lakes district. Great attention to details, very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location. We also liked a lot a restaurant on premises with hearty food and great service.
The Gould Hotel is a great location for Finger Lakes area activities. They have a bar and restaurant on site. The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were very clean and well designed.
Farmington
The staff were excellent, super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed that it was run by a hardworking family. The Inn is in a great central location in the Finger Lakes region.
Waterloo
Very nice hotel, but if yor are planning to travel the finger lakes, ut’s not a good location. Plus it’s really hard to find something to eat in the evening
The hotel was close to the wineries, casino, outlets, and finger lakes. The town itself is quite small but lovely and welcoming.

NOTE: While we began our stay at the Lodge, we were subsequently moved to a beautiful room at Mirbeau Inn & Spa due to a few faulty issues. Thank you to Will (Maintenance) who not only worked diligently on the matter but who also took steps to make the move happen. Our weekend away became a rich experience and one we will never forget!!
Great stay just off the city. Dint spend a lot of time but the one night was still a great experience. Good room, clean and tidy. Excellent welcoming staff.
The views were stunning, the chalets were private and beautiful. Also, very close to great wineries and breweries.
