This was my sixth time staying at this hotel; it is the only place I choose to stay in Ivano-Frankivsk. A year ago, there were a few problems, possibly due to staffing issues during the quarantine period, but they went out of their way to solve all the problems and even gave me some extra perks to make sure I was happy with my stay. This year during my stay, everything was perfect as it had been in the past: friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great view and facilities, and the best breakfast buffet in Ukraine!

Probably the best location among hotels in Ivano-Frankivsk, next to the lakes and the park, and not too far to the city center, I like it very much. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful, making its best to solve problems. Breakfast is also very good. Free private parking next to the hotel. I appreciated mini bar fridge and complimentary still water, pleasantly served daily during this hot summer time.

generally an advanced and modern-style hostel in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. Well designed custom-made bunk beds with curtain. I felt the bed was the most comfortable in my experience and had a generally broader personal space. bigger luggage locker. there are 2 bathrooms. drinking water in kitchen. responsive message. ( It may be OK to put more bunk beds in the room for better income.

Good modern urbanization in a calm district of Kryhivci (near Ivano-Frankivsk). The apartment is on the 7th floor. It's very spacious and has 2 bedrooms (2 beds + 1 master bed). It also has a big TV, all necessary kitchen supplies, a water filter, and a large fridge. In my opinion, it's the best option to stay there with the whole family.

Amazing hotel in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. I love being able to book a single room if I'm traveling alone which is exactly what I got. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I thought the spa would be extra or I'd have to make an appointment, but it is fully available for free at all the hours listed.

Great breakfast at the restaurant. A la carte style, with option to make your choices the night before. It is a cosy, very clean and comfortable boutique hotel, some 10 minute walk from the central fountain square of Ivano-Frankivsk. The staff is very welcoming and professional.

Cosy hotel in perfect location right at the central square of Ivano-Frankivsk. Though the location is very central, I heard no street noise and room was quiet. Bed was comfy, wifi worked well, room was clean. Breakfast is very small, but of good quality.

Room was very good, clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice and pretty spacious, especially its open part. What was exceptional about the hotel - quantity of flowers, they were everywhere, and that was very cute from my wife’s point of view ☺️ Hotel’s restaurant was also nice and newly built. The list of dishes in its menu was not too long, and some of these dishes could be better (i.e., grilled vegetables portion is tiny), but some dishes were awesome - like “karpatskyi derun”! And also they have their own brand of tea, which is very tasty and light. Breakfasts were great - several dishes to choose from, including main dishes, appetizers, salads, desserts and fruits - all cooked with love 😍 As to hotel staff - these people are real fans of their job, and they love what they’re doing, but most of all they love their guests, and that’s their main feature! Hotel is very nice,it have very good spa zone,breakfast was also super. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable!

It was an amazing stay! The staff, the food, the location were incredible, and the view! the pool and the hot tub were awesome too, specially when it was raining) There are so many lounge places to sit, to relax, and just to enjoy your time. We are very happy with our choice of this hotel.

I came for vacation with my girlfriend. We spent here 5 days. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists (Anastasia and Ivana) and staff ever (Ivan, Vova and Oleh), lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in spa. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The view is amazing! The room is an excellent size and the bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff was very friendly, nice with our kids too. Showed us several rooms to choose from and even offered a free upgrade. SPA is good, with tremendous view from the open pool. Breakfasts are good.

The people food and atmosphere exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful hotel for family stay. It's very kids friendly with good opening hours for the kids club. The spa is decent even if crowded at time. The location is convenient with a private parking. It's a very beautiful place with wooden sculpture and carvings, surrounded by nature. The service is very friendly especially in restaurants. We forgot AirPods in the room and they found them & arrange to send it back to us by post. A great place to stay in Yaremche

Guys, the place is awesome. You wake up in the morning, open the blinds and see the sunrise in the mountains. And the bath? The panoramic window bath is amazing.

Great location with good facilities. The view from the heated pool or sauna is fantastic. Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.
