Perfect balance of comfort and style, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. The highlight of our stay was the mesmerizing firefly-watching experience. Witnessing the magical display of fireflies in the tranquil surroundings was truly unforgettable and added a magical touch to our trip. Overall, booking at Baluo Baluo was a decision we won't regret. Most importantly, the hospitality offered by the staff and Ms. Chen at reception. The tea tasting session offered by the hotel. Speak to the hotel and they can get you taxi services for exploring the local hotspot with very good, friendly and professional drivers. Next time I'm in sun moon lake, I'll rebook at this property

Had the corner double room with lake views: what an absolutely lovely room! Relaxing balcony, tub, TV with lots of channels, hot water and great shower, provided some extra toiletries, good wifi signal. Location was great and definitely had beautiful lake views! Hosts were absolutely fantastic. Sweet, warm, helpful, friendly!!

We like to room size and the view is awesome! But not the best location to see sunrise. It is very good location for cable car.
