This hotel is located at lakeside so it has a very beautiful view during sunset time. Fortunately they gave us a spacious room at the top floor with amazing view. They provided good breakfast with lots of variety. All staffs are also friendly and very helpful.

I really liked the location and the view from the windows. The staff, especially a lady and a gentleman at the reception and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage (unfortunately I forgot to ask their names :-( ), were so nice and friendly. We checked in one hour earlier and it was not a problem by the staff. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were so clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom, which are so important for everyone to be clean. The dining area and also the breakfast were really good. There were various fresh options for breakfast you would enjoy. Looking forward to going back😃

Featuring a terrace, world say hotel is located in Bostaniçi in the East Anatolia Region region, a 3-minute walk from Van Museum and 1.9 miles from Van Bus Station. Highly recommend. New hotel, facilities are in great shape. Shower was a bit slow to warm up, but steaming hot with great pressure. Room was nice and warm- heated floors! Kettle and mini fridge in room.

Everrythink was great except fact that the stuff speak very basic English - this is not ok for 4 stars hotel. 3 times the reception men stop me at the lobby to explain me one and the same for the payment and this irritate me much The breakfast was excelent and the room was ok
