I traveled with co workers and my boyfriend and we all were so in love with the treehouses and the Paquette family. They are so welcoming to anyone and everyone and Ashley makes some of the best food on the island. The treehouses that Chris built are out of this world. You will be amazed. Their kids are incredible too. They also have the sweetest dogs and horses. My co-workers also said they would highly recommend staying here, as it is the best place on the island. My boyfriend and I were so sad to leave. I promise you’ll be sad to leave too!!

Just 100 m from the waterfront, Tonga Holiday Villa offers 2 level guest rooms with 4-bedrooms in a quiet, tranquil area, some with shared or private bathrooms. The location was very good and far from town, no noise it was always peaceful at night :-) The owner was very friendly and we did made friends with her 2 boys and we want to say Malo au pito for the great hospitality .

Dupincia Lodge is offering accommodation in Nuku‘alofa. This 4-star hotel offers room service. The hotel has family rooms. At the hotel, all rooms have a balcony. The owner, a young Chinese guy, was very aimable and accomodating, even doing my laundry for free! And very helpful. The room and the bathroom were large and spacious. And the town center was only a short walk away.

Boasting a restaurant, Coastline Hotel is situated in Nuku‘alofa. With a terrace, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy sea views. The hotel does not open for another week so I am not sure why I was able to book a room and it get confirmed. The staff were very apologetic and helped us find other accommodation which was very difficult as the 4th July is the kings birthday and most places were booked out.

Situated on the picturesque waterfront, Emerald Hotel & Restaurant is centrally located in Nuku‘alofa. Guests can enjoy Chinese cuisine from the on-site restaurant, or relax with a drink at the bar. Great staff ! Location was a few minutes walk to the market. View was phenomenal . Bed was huge with aircon.
