The Sandbox experience exceeded our expectations, and the staff at the Twin Palms Hotel certainly did they very best to make our stay memorable. In spite of the difficult times the entire world is going thru, people are working very hard to adapt and adjust to the new normal, always with this unique, bright and beautiful smile on their faces. We wholeheartedly appreciate it as we couldn't wait any longer to come back to Phuket and to Thailand. Thank you, Twin Palms! We hope to see you soon again!

Another very pleasant surprise on the way to Thailand. This Hotel has an excellent location and despite being by the road, the rooms and the hotel pool are completely quiet. The rooms are simply furnished in MUJI style. The view from the balcony is pleasant. Air conditioning, safe, comfortable beds, cleanliness and a very pleasant hotel owner. The possibility to rent scooters and, in addition, an excellent cafe at the reception and a divine breakfast. I would very much like to go back there.

Great greeting from Dave on arrival, both Amy and Dave made us feel at home straight away. Our apartment was huge , with separate bedroom , living room , kitchen and bathroom with very large balcony . Amy made us a fantastic full English breakfast , the first we had in Thailand . Dave and Amy assisted us with anything we needed even giving us a lift to the port and the property was opposite a beautiful quiet beach , with free sun beds . Will definitely return to Amy’s Apartments. Thank you 😊

Hotel location is very good. Easy to go there by train also ,Station "Pahayathai and National munament " located around 600 meters radius. Breakfast was very tasty and more verities .We had our breakfast in all the days. Front ,restaurant and all other staff were very fascinating look, All the time smiling and helping. Thanks so much for all hotel staff. If we come again this hotel is our first selection in Bangkok . Recommended for all visitors who are visiting Thailand.

The best thing about this hotel is the distance from Chong Nonsi Station!!! You don’t feel so exhausted going home knowing that it’s just a 2-3 mins walk. The king bed was huge and the room and toilet are very clean and room smells good! Staff were also friendly, attentive to needs, and responds well even before booking date. Would definitely book here again if coming back to Thailand! Another best thing, just a few steps away is “Brioche from heaven” a delectable cafe!

I stayed two times in this hotel because it has a nice vibe, it is clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient to me. It is quiet, though close from many things for sight seeing. It has a 7eleven down the road. The decor is so cute, every room is different and they paid attention to every detail. The staff is profesional, the bed very comfortable compared to other places in Thailand. I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel. Didn't try the breakfast.

The room was very nice and clean. The sea views from our room were beautiful and we were greeted by the sunrise every morning. Breakfast in the restaurant was of a very good standard and dinner was equally as nice. Hotel staff are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand so far. Hotel staff accommodated my request to have the bed decorated so I could propose to my now fiancé.

Super clean, amazing facility and so much value in this place. Stayed in 3 Hotels and the other 2 were more expensive….. Infinity was nicer. It’s a tad cheaper cause it’s not right on the beach. Transit is cheap and everything is close so it doesn’t matter. AO Nang beach isn’t that nice so not worth it to stay on that beach anyways. Don’t think twice just book this place if you can. Beds could be softer but not the hardest we have slept in in Thailand.

I could have stayed at Lanta Just Come Hotel forever! The lady on the reception desk is so sweet and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes from a stunning beach and a short walk from multiple lovely restaurants. The hotel has a 24/7 coffee stand and a drinking water dispenser. I’ve not found this anywhere else in Thailand. The rooms are absolutely spotless and the cleaner is fantastic. Plus theres a cute cat!!! Thank you so much

I felt like I was welcomed as part of the family in Plus Hostel Ayutthaya. The lay-out of the place is so nice with the huge social area and dinner and breakfast together. It's super easy to meet people this way and I spent some great days there. The owners were also very helpful organizing transportation, giving recommendations about Ayutthaya as well as other parts of Thailand. Would defiantly recommend staying here when going to Ayutthaya !

Hotel is very pretty, grounds very well kept, pool super nice with a bar in the middle. We stayed 3 nights on April 9. Our room was on the 5th floor of the main building. Very comfortable. Reception area huge and very pretty as well. Beach is a bit far from main building but the "maze" is nice to stroll through. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff was attentive, very courteous and helpful (we found all Thailand people nice!)

I did travel from Phuket Thailand to Vientiane for my new Non-visa. The property location is just few steps to the Thai Consular office which I do really like it. The place is just great for travelers, economic, with free breakfast. The staff were kind and accommodating, kind and ready to help you. Yes, it is a mixed dormitory yet clean and well organize. Kudos to all employees of Hide.Seek Hostel. I wish I could visit this place once again.

The best place to be in Thailand. Loved every bit of their hospitality. From food to rooms, from staff to service, amazing amazing amazing. Thank you The Lamai Samui Hotel and Resort for accommodating our last minute booking and for organising everything for us. You guys are so pro-active, caring and helpful, I have been to few other resorts in Thailand but nothing came close to your service. Thank you for making us feel so special🙏

This is a great "airport hotel" just a 3 minute raxi drive from the Koh Samui airport. We had an early flight and stayed at this Hometel. The people were wonderful, a family business and everyone was so nice. There is a little "street food" stand in front of the place and the food was some of the best we had in Thailand!!! There is not much to do in the area so I would moslty recommend as Airport Hotel.

Hotel and rooms very well maintained. Room is well designed and spacious with thoughtful details. Food is very good, gym is well equipped. Hotel staff are professional, polite and efficient. General manager was very kind to me and went out of his way to get me a coffee to go. I travel extensively in Thailand and have seen many hotels fall in disrepair due to covid. You can tell this place is well cared for.

Exceeded my expectations, literally a 5 min from Phuket Airport. Don't need a taxi just walk straight out & you will see Maya Hotel. No pavements so you just walk on a very quiet side road which is normal for Thailand. Lovely accomodating staff, funky design, very clean, pool area is great, breakfast was lovely & the perfect hotel to check in after a 15hr flight ✈️ Amazing value for money.

Pluses: While all Thailand beaches are public this hotel's beach is as close to being private as reasonably possible. Unlike other places in Phuket high/low tide does not make much difference on that hotel's beach. Several restaurants offering large variety of really good food. Room service was fast, and selection was plentiful. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Great room - I stayed in one of the Sea View Grand Suite rooms which far exceeded my expectatiions!. Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach, with great convenience to supplies and restaurants in the little town right outside the hotel entrance. Very nice pool area, and the best breakfast buffet out of all the hotels I stayed at while in Thailand.

New Hotel, quiet and nice to look across the Mekong to see Thailand. They have a good rooftop bar and breakfast was good. However, it is located along a narrow street which is rundown; you need to walk 800m to reach the food street that serves mainly BBQ and grilled food. Another KM of walk and you reach the local shopping area with road-side stalls.

VERY helpful staff (who helped us enormously by assisting taking our Baggage from the Port to the Hotel, and same again when we departed). As I have difficulty when walking they also kindly transported me on a wheeled carriage. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. A GREAT choice a breakfast time, the best I found during my 9 weeks in Thailand.
