Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. - reception and all the staff actually is very helpful and nice - everything is really exquisite, old and nice, stylish - comfortable table, working space - breakfast is amazing but you need to know if you order one option it’s not very big - swimming pool and massage were good - 2 minutes from the train station is just perfect and for walking around the lake it’s also a very good place - lake view - and the last but not the least - it’s very quiet during the low season and price is lower of course

Very pleasant experience with the staff in particular the lady at the breakfast buffet who made me an espresso. The bed was comfortable and the pillow selection is great, though I was satisfied with one of the provided ones. Had a great rest and would definitely come back again.

It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

Stara Fuzina, Bohinj
2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (each room got a bathroom). Actually there is no livingroom (like tv sofa room) and the family could meet only at the kitchen table. However, being in the beautiful heart of Slovenian Alps, we were not missing this at all and have used the apartment just for having rest only. The property has excellent location, in the middle of Stara Fuzina, near to everything you would need - grocery, supermarket, very good restaurant, near to Mostnica gorge, near to Bohinj lake.
The Vila is a hidden gem in Slovenian Alps. The location is very convenient, one street away from the center of Bled and the lake, with parking available. We were warmly welcome on our arrival and the staff were very very helpful with everything we needed. The sauna and the hot tub is a nice treat after a day-long hike. The place is spotless clean and very stylish. I would definitely stay again.

fantastic location in the middle of the Slovenian alps, right next to a stream, perfect starting point for day hikes and biking adventures, reachable by public transport, bike hire on site, very comfy bed and small kitchen/dining space fully equipped. It’s clean and feels like home! Helena made us feel welcome and was always reachable for questions.

Excellent location with a great garden, and deck where breakfast was served. The deck, and garden are very quaint, with a vast manicured lawn framed by the Slovenian Alps. The breakfast was very nicely served buffet style. The staff was very helpful.

Staff helped very well during my hike. I could easily story my luggage for a few days, and they helped me very well when I was in some stress after my telephone broke down.
We were very happy with this place. As a family with 2 little children the room was perfect. Big spacious comfortable room with a bunk bed for the kids which they adore. There is also a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and terrace with a nice view. Breakfast is rich and with a good variety with some local diary products. There is also sauna but we didn't use them. I won't even mention how beautiful nature around Bohinj lake and Triglav national park is.
Simple, but clean and have everything you need for one night to catch an early flight.
We had a great time at Hotel Spik. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner), the room was large and tidy. We were so lucky that we got a room with a view to the mountains which made our staying even more memorable. The location is great, bike routes are easy to access. Kranjska Gora is about 15 minutes by bike. The hotel even provides a lockable bicycle storage. We are very satisfied and would go back anytime! We highly recommend this hotel to people who love being close to nature.

The hospitality of Ana and the owners was simply great. All were very kind and helpful. The chalet was extraordinary with an unique view towards the valley. Nothing was missing here. Fabulous setting, fantastic location: idyllic and romantic Food and drinks are available for free all day long. This place is out of this world. I highly recommend!!!
This is a pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and a free room upgrade. Our room was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We also requested breakfast with the room, which turned out to be a great idea as the breakfast was really excellent! The hotel itself is close enough to everything, the city centre is a 5 minute walk and most attractions are 15-20 minutes drive away.

This was the “glamping” experience we were looking for in the Bled area. Our kids loved the cabin, hot tub, and the whole place. The bathrooms located close by were also very clean (private per cabin), and we enjoyed our buffet breakfasts on the lovely patio. Communication was very clear and front desk staff were lovely and helpful. You are close to your neighbours but everyone was very quiet and respectful. The buildings and grounds were obviously all built with great care, and feature beautiful wood interiors and furniture. Have already recommended to friends heading to the Bled area.
