Didn't catch his name, but the chef/Mgr of the restaurant at the hotel who served us a phenomenal breakfast obviously loved his job and making sure his guests were well taken care of.

Our stay at DAM was amazing! Uros was incredibly helpful in setting up wine tastings at local venues and in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We wound up staying an extra night! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay in a central location to many different attractions (Venice, Brda, and Predjama are all a short drive a way) this is definitely where you should stay. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Boutique Hotel Grahor is situated in Dane close to Sezana and only 15 km from Trieste in Italy. We stayed in the new side of the hotel and loved the spacious rooms and design. The kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice breakfast area offering so many choices to eat and drink. They even offered to cook scrambled eggs for our children. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Firstly, we were warmly welcomed by the host of the hotel, who gave us even extra information regarding sights in the neighbourhood, restaurants and walks. We were offered help with our luggage. The bar normally closed at 9, but we were welcome to stay for a drink, even after closing time, which we found extremely friendly. Again they offered great advice regarding sightseeings and even for our further travelroute. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of different things to choose from and all very very good. They even waited to make the eggs so to make sure that they would still be warm. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and we would surely recommend this hotel.
