The airco worked perfectly to cool down the room in summer, and the room was further very quiet so we slept well. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel, and another on the side (with barrier access); there was sufficient parking space and we could leave the fully-packed car in sight of the hotel entrance without any concerns. There are the usual amenities of a residential area nearby (banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.). The restaurant has a varied menu and the food is very tasty. The breakfast is served early and provides sufficient choice, and good quality foods.

The location is great - you are on the route for self driving or cycling over the Apuseni Mountains. There was space to park our car. Just over the road from the hotel was a good "supermarket" - ideal if you want to get food for picnics etc... The food was excellent, as was the dining area on the ground floor and beside the stream that runs under part of the hotel

The house is perfect - it’s a place where you can not only perfectly rest among the amazing landscape of Apuseni mountains but also meet the local traditions. The surroundings are just magnificent, same as hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, it’s very clean. Definitely the best place we stayed in Romania!

Great experience in this guest house, it is in Apuseni forest, stand alone, quiet and nice. The forest was covered in snow in December, but the waterfall did not freeze, we swam with the child in a warm pool outside overlooking the waterfall, then we warmed in the sauna almost on the roof. Thank you hotel for the experience!

I enjoyed the location, in a small village from the Apuseni mountains, a great area, perfect for a few relaxation days. The little cabin was perfect for a couple. The host was amiable and helpful, with quick answers whenever we had questions. They even brought us donuts with Romanian cheese and jam, which were tasty.
Vlaha
A nice in-between hotel which will allows you to visit many things between Cluj, Turda and the Apuseni Range in 40 minutes radius driving. The rooms are new and well furnished, as well as the communal areas. The staff is friendly enough. Overall I would recommend this place, considering the area and the price.
Muntele Băişorii
The Host was very nice, even left us some romanian tuica to drink. It's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The position is also very good , in our case it was close to the apuseni maraton event. The jacuzzi (ciubar) gets hot quickly and has a nice garden position.
Zalău
Immaculately decorated and furnished apartment in small town an hour or so drive from Cluj. Owener was friendly and helpful. We only booked on the morning of arrival after visiting the Apuseni National Park. Nearby Porolissum Roman Amphitheatre is worth a visit.

A very traditional place with great food, great rooms and superb location in the Northern Apuseni mountins. The breakfast is traditional and very good. You can choose great Romanian food for the evening dinner or eat the fixed menu that changes from day to day.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, delicious food. Our room had an amazing mountain view. The dinner area had large windows and a cozy atmosphere. It is easy to reach it by car. They had 2 friendly dogs and 3 fluffy cats. The dogs guided us on our hike.

This is our second time here, we simply adore the place, it is a piece of heaven where you can enjoy nature and quality time with your loved ones. You are isolated from others, yet at a walking distance on the propriety you have everything you need: showers and an open-air kitchen well-equiped as if you were at home, yet not burdened by unnecessary stuff. The owners are great people, you can feel their respect for nature and for their guests in their attitude and attention to all small and big details. Definitely recommend this place and we will try to return whenever possible!
