Ideally situated in the centre of Porto, Axis Porto Club Aliados features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. Great location, just next to the Town Hall on Aliados and a 5 min walk from the main subway station, Trindade. I was lucky enough to have a room with a view! The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, everything spotlessly clean and in good condition, with good sound and heat isolation. Staff was kind and attentive, without being intrusive. Breakfast (buffet style) was available at the restaurant next door for a fee of 15€ per day, so there was no need to venture out into the rainy wilderness for food early in the morning. I loved staying there and look forward to returning!

The Editory Aliados Boulevard Hotel was great during our 3 nights stay. The Hotel is brand new and fresh with cool retro design furniture which gives you a unique feeling of being 100 years back in time but with the modern facilities of today. Perfect located close to Metro station Aliados and Trindade and the Porto railway station. The staff was friendly always with a smile. We especially appreciated Rita at the front desk, who was very helpful and recommended us her favourite restaurant which we liked a lot.
