Akwaba Lodge is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in The Gap where guests can make the most of its bar and shared lounge. The owners are wonderful. They make you feel very welcomed, are very kind, and also very helpful with whatever you need. They are also very good cooks! Included Breakfast was just enough and hit the spot. Included fresh fruit, omelette, fresh bread, homemade jam and coffee or tea. Room was large. Bed was confortable. The location is remote, but beautiful.

Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere. We loveed the shared dinner and night activities. We gathered to have a shared meal and got to know some of the other guests at Bambuda. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull, we loved to stay here and would love even more to have stayed for longer but we had other plans. Next time we visit Bocas, we would stay here to get to know the place more. We also loved the wate slide to the beach that they have! PD. This is a place to stay if you are looking to connect with nature, people and make community. Not an ideal location to visit Town frecuently, the boat ride to anf from the main island costs $5 per ride.

The house was big and amazing, very comfy and included everything you need for enjoying your stay. Kids also liked the place and especially access to Netflix :). Suyi and JJ were very friendly and welcome, were glad to help and advice on how to enjoy the stay on islands, and we really enjoyed.
