Staff was friendly and attentive, Fahd is extremely friendly and went to lengths ensuring our comfort. Loved it!

Located in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs in the Ad Dakhiliyah region, Balcony walk rest house Jabal shams provides accommodation with free private parking. This holiday home offers a terrace. Perfect quite place in the edge of Jabal Shams, it's all about you and the awesome nature. Check-in perfect, all accommodation was only for us (2 bedrooms, each with bathroom), there is outside kitchen to use. There aren't any restaurants and shops, so if you know it before, you are prepared :-). It's cottage with breath taking views, close to the beginning of W6 path (balcony walk). You don't need a 4x4 car, road is dusty, but if you go slowly it's OK. I can fully recommend this property.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Al khitaym guest house is set in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Rooms were clean and the bed was firm. Meals available on request for 5 Riel. Hosts are very friendly and accomodating - we arrived a bit early and they had our room ready. The food was delicious. Parking available in a small courtyard. We did not see signage for the Guest House, but we asked a local and they easily pointed us in the right direction. We arrived at 2pm and had time to complete the Balcony Trail (which was mostly in the shade) before supper. Recommend to hike the Trail in the afternoon and then enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the private patio. Note: photos attached were all taken from the patio - amazing views!!!

Escape to SAMA Heights Resort, a haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the majestic South Mountain Summit (W4). Our standard room which looked like a stone jail from the outside was very comfortable and well appointed inside. Heater welcome in the evening. Bed excellent. Half board meals were tasty and varied over the two nights we stayed Staff friendly and efficient Bring warm clothes!

The location was great and the place was very clean. The host was very welcoming. The host made sure that he was aware of when we would arrive so that he could meet us and ensure that all our questions were answered. We were welcomed with qahwa, fresh fruits, biscuits and dates which was very nice. We picked the place because we wanted to take our dog with us, so it was great that the place was pet friendly!

A little bit of everything, I guess. Generally, Ali is a great host who took great care of us and showed us the best things around. But I think the best part was the farm, where he explained how things work. It was cool on so many levels...
