Free Wi-Fi access is available. great location just 10min from the canyon rim. clean and well organised facilities. the isolation make it a special place, and a great sky to look at night. the staff was very nice and the food was really good. we did a beautify hike called balcony trail. magical place

Amazing views in the top of Jabbal Shams. The price is a bit high, but considering you take the whole apartment is quite special. Ideally to travel with friends or with family if you are able to get to the top, which can be done by 4x4.

The location was great and the place was very clean. The host was very welcoming. The host made sure that he was aware of when we would arrive so that he could meet us and ensure that all our questions were answered. We were welcomed with qahwa, fresh fruits, biscuits and dates which was very nice. We picked the place because we wanted to take our dog with us, so it was great that the place was pet friendly!

Jabal Shams Villa is located in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs and features a heated pool and garden views. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The location was wonderful-close to the wadis and the sights and yet isolated enough to allow for amazing stargazing and quiet respite. The bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen has an everything you need. The home owners provider bottled water for my stay. The owners met me at the property and ensured that I had everything I needed and showed me the property. They even offered to bring me food stuffs from town that I may have needed. They provided me with a tour of the local sites, a wonderful local restaurant and taught me so much about the life and people of Oman. The night sky was fantastic with stars from horizon to horizon. I would highly recommend this property for both families and singles.
