Situated in central Ålesund, Scandic Parken offers free WiFi, a popular buffet breakfast and rooms with cable TV and a minibar. Byparken Park is situated 50 metres away. The "Parken" hotel might look a big like a klutz from the outside - but inside, it's very modern, airy, spacious and comfortable. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean - how much more can you ask for? The location is superb - centrally located as can be, anything within max. 10 minute walk. There's a parking garage under the hotel (with direct access to the lobby - very convenient with heavy suitcases!). Breakfast is plentiful, varied and very tasty - as always in Scandinavia. The staff was both professional and very friendly and approachable at the same time. All in all : this is really hard to top !

Quality Hotel Ålesund is centrally situated in the popular Skansekaia Harbour area, overlooking the sea and surrounding islands. It offers a private quay and rooms with free WiFi. Great hotel, helpful and friendly personel, amazing breakfast! The room was comfy and large enough, the hotel's location is great, by the water and walking distance from the centre. Also good parking possibilities around.

Great communication and lovely hosts. The accommodation was in a great location with a beautiful view. Lots of great short walks close by. Perfect place for a few nights with our toddler.

Apartment is very comfortable, clean and conveniently located in the city center. The hosts have paid attention to all the details that made us feel like we were staying in a real Norwegian house :) Contact with the hosts was excellent, my friend left a small personal item in the bedroom and they sent it back! Definitely we are going to choose this place in the future :)
