Exceptional accommodation, one of the best we experienced in Namibia. They gave us a free upgrade on our room, much appreciated. Our guide was really great and persistant - he did everything he could to find a leopard and after a lot of bushwacking, we had an amazing and lengthy encounter with a female leopard.
