Josue was there to help us with everything, from places to see to getting a taxi or renting a vehicle he was there to help with a friendly smile. The room was spotless, great a/c, very comfortable bed. It was also great to have a pool that we could just chill by on days we wanted to stay in. We were within walking distance to the grocery store, and several restaurants. It was quite, peaceful...easy to get a good night's rest.

In Cozumel Island, only half a mile from Playa del Carmen Ferry Dock, this property rents and sells scuba dive equipment, has complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout and pets are allowed upon request. From the moment we stepped foot in Villas Las Anclas we felt like we were at home. The quiet, pretty, and calming courtyard is absolutely beautiful and although you are near to the town you feel a million miles away in a peaceful and serene place. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and welcoming. The kitchen comes with conveniences you'd have at home like a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and plates etc. The bedroom was cool and quiet, the bed fluffy and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it wasn't an issue really. The water pressure was amazing and always hot. Hotel also provided shampoo, soap and conditioner. There were plenty of towels for in the room and for pool/beach use, too. The pool was small but great for cooling off and there was a rinse tank for our dive gear, so we were pretty pleased with that. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were to visit Cozumel again. It truly was a wonderful, blissful and relaxing 5 night stay. We could have stayed forever! As a side note: There are some wonderful local restaurants further back from the main street within 10 mins walking distance, with more reasonable food prices and traditional Mexican food.

Beautiful location right at the beach, with the sea and pool of the beach club to us in the morning and after c. 3pm every day. Very helpful staff, Nora and Alex helped booking a snorkeling trip to El Cielo (highly recommended!) which left right at the pier next to the beach club.

This is a brand new hotel opened in December and our stay was in march 2022. We were expecting there to be kinks that all new places experience in the beginning however there was not. The room and the view were beautiful. The terrace pool and bar was the perfect spot for a morning coffee looking out over the turquoise ocean or catching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Mirena at reception helped us organize a jeep rental, laundry service and had lots of great recommendations for places to eat. Jerry at the terrace bar had an awesome vibe and is the perfect conversationalist for solo travelers as he is native to the island. The rooms were a perfect size, and the shower was nothing shy of luxury. The location couldn't have been better. Located just outside the busy tourist area but still walking distance to all the hot taco spots and 5 minute walk from the ferry port. We rented a jeep for one day to explore the east side of the island, other than that we hardly needed transportation. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I entered the lobby. I cant wait to come back!

Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

I have visited Cozumel via cruise ships for the purpose of diving. I decided to fly and stay in Cozumel for some diving specialty courses. I brought my wife to Mexico for the first time and she loved Cozumel and this hotel. She's happy and so am I. The breakfast is the best I ever had staying at a hotel. The location is great too. We could walk to many of the reasonably priced restaurants. The ocean view was inspiring. The hotel made every effort on maintenance and appearance of the hotel. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.
We had a great time. Hotel is super clean as is all of Cozumel, we appreciate that, compared to other traveling destinations around the world. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet lunch and dinner food was tasty, with many options. Great small coffee house with espressos and cappuccinos, that was a delight. The location is good, we took a boat ride and submarine experience to see the reefs, all in walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the Water Circus entertainment event, very entertaining and impressive circus artists.
We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and she’s showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!
The Hotel Mary Carmen is not a fancy, luxury hotel, but it suited our purposes very well. It was clean, quiet, (even on New Year's Eve!) and very close to the ferry. Wi-fi was fine, and overall, we were quite happy with our accommodations. There was no breakfast provided but that did not matter to us. We stayed a night here both starting our trip and ending, as we flew into the Cozumel airport.
Kippal is a great property in the heart of Cozumel. If you want something other than an all-inclusive resort, Kippal is a great choice. High end property, staff are attentive and friendly, building is well appointed, roof top pool is awesome, and the apartment is spacious and the balcony is great. You can walk to anything and everything in town. And Mingo’s Place is right next door.
Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!
We stayed for several nights in Hotel Be Cozumel and Hotel B Unique which is the reason for the mixed review. The two facilities are adjacent and share staff and facilities; in both cases excellent. The beds, room size, view, pools, jacuzzi and restaurant area were also excellent. The Hotel B Unique experience was excellent. The Hotel B Cozumel experience was fair.
Excellent all-inclusive option in Cozumel (cheaper than the options in Cancun). Located at the end of the island, it takes 20 minutes by taxi. A perfect exclusive beach with direct access to diving tours. All-inclusive food services are good, with four restaurants (3 with reservations). The drinks are okay; don't expect 12-year whisky or sophisticated drinks.

Huge apartment! Awesome balcony and sun deck! Beautiful tile throughout. Comfortable bed! Full size fridge and stove!The hosts were great and spoke English great! We scuba and shopped for 2 weeks with a rented scooter and had no problems. Great view of the main road and walking distance from food and groceries. This is our 3rd (and best!) visit to Cozumel.

I originally booked for 1 night but extended for 3 more! I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! Great location, just in the city center of Cozumel, only a couple of steps from the ferry pier, restaurants and the ocean. The only thing that was ok was the price, ahahah. At the day of arrival they sent me a message that that they do not provide towels and I need to give them 200pesos cash deposit. I told them this was the first time when hotel do not provide towels and their comment was priceless: Yes, because we are the cheapest hotel in Cozumel. Well, you sure are.
We fell like we were at home, Manuel is a great host and will make you feel at home. He gave us many local recommendations, and even took us on a ride one day. Cozumel is great, and deserve many days in your vacation. The hotel offers very good bikes for free, which is a ++++, as this is a method of transportation that allows you to go anywhere.
Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cozumel. I was in Mexico for 3 weeks - this was the cleanest hotel I visited. Complementary breakfast is great. Stuff is very helpful, speaks english which is rare in Mexico. Localisation is also amazing, next to the old town, and 5 minutes walk from ferry. I would love to come back again to this place.

Abel is an amazing host. Extremely jovial and knowledgeable about things to do not just in Cozumel but all over the world. You can also book your diving with him, fun dives, open water course, discover dives, all that good stuff. Great family vibe at the hostel and I will not stay anywhere else on future trips to Cozumel.

Fairly new and well maintained hotel, highly recommend. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Lots of greenery all around. Hotel is right on the beach and our room had patio from which you could walk right to the beach. Rooms were spacious, with desk, sofa, etc. Snorkeling right off the hotel beach might've been the best we've seen during our visit to Cozumel!
Loved the location - We were only in Cozumel for a couple of days for diving and needed something central in Cozumel and this was great. It was about a 10min walk from the ferry terminal and close by to several bars and restaurants. The property is new and very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location was perfect, it is quiet but close to the shops and to the ferry. It's clean and quiet accomodation. We hired scooter and we booked snorkelling through the hotel and it was perfect! The communication was excellent.Its a perfect place to stay in Cozumel.Highly recommended.
