The staff were exceptionally nice - they kindly upgraded me when they realised I had come all the way from Hong Kong, and allowed me a late check out too. Manager Hajiba is most flexible and understanding. The location of the hotel is great too - just outside the main entrance of the Medina. Close enough but at the same time you don’t have to walk in the small dark alleys of the Medina late at night by yourself after a dinner.

Our experience was of the highest quality, we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Palais Medina. The staff were brilliant and showed excellent customer service, especially Hanan who organised our stay. I would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect suited to step into the Old Medina City and located close to shopping malls and eating outlets. We look forward to stay here again
