My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! I owe all of you a visit to this nice hotel and stay with you couple of nights next time when I come to Fes Incha allah. Thank you very much Mrs. Hajiba and all of the other staff. Big thanks.

The staff are amazing. Mustafa and Said do everything to help you down to the smallest detail. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Dinner at the riad was good as well. I recommend Riad Jeanne for anyone wanting a genuine local experience.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.
