Its new, its clean, its great! Would definately come back. Rooms were huge and comfy. Pool was clean and just perfect. Its very close to the entrance to the park, you can see elefants right just out from the hotel (even better experience than visiting the park hahah). We even had dinner there - it was ok. Plus great staff very helpful and welcoming.

This beautiful cottage and host Mila has all the personality of a home stay/guest house with the privacy of your own cottage. The wooden villas are beautifully made with very thoughtful touches added-water, coffee, chocolate bar, cookies etc. all included. The deck is perfect for relaxing and bird watching in between safaris (you can book Jonah through Mila and we highly recommend him) or naps. Mila cooks delicious traditional Sri Lankan food for his guests and is very considerate of needs-so there's no need to even go to town. The AC and WI-FI was 👌🏼.

Everything was spotless, came on Friday to work for the afternoon and took the Safari at 5am the next day, the internet was great and they have a generator on site so power cuts were not an issue. Had dinner at the hotel which was delicious, special shout out has to go to Dushan Sandaruwan who was an absolute gentleman and made a great stay an amazing one! Will definitely be coming back if I ever come back to Udawalawe!

The family-friendly atmosphere of OwinRich made our vacation truly memorable. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They even arranged a safari to Udawalawe National Park for us at the best price possible, allowing us to marvel at Sri Lanka's incredible wildlife. Overall, I can't recommend OwinRich highly enough. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
