A small hotel but nothing lacks compare to a larger hotel in Seoul (stayed in Four Points Sheraton) This place really exceeded my expectation in every aspect! The location is excellent as well.

This hotel is not your ordinary hotel, it is a very unique experience. Although not advertised, upon 6pm arrival, dinner is served. Dinner includes 4 course meal at their very authentic dinner bistro. Then you are given a polaroid camera to create memories from your stay. For breakfast you get a breakfast box to be enjoyed at your own spa room. Every little detail has been carefully thought out and the staff members cannot get any nicer or any friendlier. Thank you. It has been the most memorable stay during our roadtrip in South Korea. Ps. Dinner, breakfast, Polaroid photo printouts, complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks are all included in the room price.

Hotel Palace Gyeongju is situated in Gyeongju, 9 km from Gyeongju World and 23 km from Seokguram. Cannot complain. We loved our stay here although just 1 night. The Front Office staff are very kind & helpful. They can speak decent English. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there for few hours after check-out. The room is very spacious & brand new with large bathroom. The bed is great & the neighbourhood is quiet athough just 5 minute walk to the heritage site. The hotel location is very convenient too, if you arrived to Gyeongju by KTX, you can take bus No. 50 or 60 or 70 or 700 from the train station to the hotel. Moving around the town by bus is also very easy to navigate. Room rate is affordable despite all those plus points I mentioned.

Located within 22 km of Seokguram and 2.3 km of Gyeongju National Museum, Hwangnamguan Hanok Village offers rooms in Gyeongju. The place is amazing, and even has a pond where you can feed the carps. We could walk everywhere we wanted. We also had included for free traditional Korean games and a hanbok experience. Our kids loved it (and the Gyeongju bread).

We stayed at the H Avenue Hotel for a full week and were very comfortable and happy with everything about the hotel and the staff. Others had complained about the fact that that there weren't large towels, but we were given ones when we asked for them. The breakfast was very limited, but we eat little in the morning so we didn't mind at all. What made our stay fabulous was our host and his mother who became like family. They offered us to some Chuseok treats to sample, Mom doesn't speak English but she was always happy to help us when asked. Quiet, clean and walkable to many of the historic sites in Gyeongju - tourist office on the corner of the Main Street.
