The hospitality of this host is is a top notch, the host kept in touch to make sure that my stay was peaceful, the apartment is so clean and what you see is definitely what you get, I'd tell a friend to tell another to book this place, it's definitely worth every penny. You can access all social amenities minutes away from jovial homes (the beach, supermarkets and etc). I'm definitely coming back to this place not once or twice but anytime I visit Mombasa.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, with the fresh sea breeze coming through the windows. The area is one of the safest in Mombasa and the condo security controls access tightly. Host (hi Musa!) was responsive, attentive and helpful, going the extra mile for us. He gave us great advice and made sure that we were safe and had everything we needed. I would especially recommend this apartment to a group of friends driving to Mombasa for a beach getaway.

Location was easy to accessi. Host ensured we we got all help we needed. The apartment is classy from design to decor . The ocean view was awesome by the fact that 3 balconies had sea view. The breeze and sounds were soothing. The rooms were cool , we dint need the AC and the water had no trace of salt at all which was a big plus . It is a 5 mins walk to mombasa beach- a very good public beach for swimming. Would definitely consider any other time

Awesome hotel in dowtown Mombasa. Personal in this hotel was amazing. Such a great bunch we meet. Brenda at front desk was awesome, she helps us with daypass at beach, with unfriendly bolt courier and print our boarding passes and always smiling. Also Angela in restaurant was so kind and profesional and we loved her. Last but not least security guy was very kind and profesional and we feel as good as home.

The apartment was well equipped with all the facilities needed to cater for a family's stay. The location is great, a couple of malls at a walking distance to it, great security, and clean pool. The building is PWD inclusive, with working elevator. The host TJ is awesome, helpful and responds to issues with speed. This is definitely my new go-to place in Mombasa!

The hotel is located in the city center of Mombasa and provides easy access to the old town and the Fort. The hotel is in a high-rise building with a security guard. Despite the old building, the rooms were clean and sufficient for a one-night stay. One positive aspect was the handheld shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was modest but adequate.

The property is located right across from the beach with Spectacular views. It is beautifully decorated with a luxury vibe. The Host Ms. Catherine is a very professional, lovely and caring woman. You will have absolutely no regrets staying at Emirates Reef Apartment 5D. This is actually the best place to stay in Nyali Mombasa …. Thank Me later!😬

The apartment was clean and well kept and in a very beautiful environment. The host was responsive at all times. During my stay the host did send her staff to do cleaning. Internet connection was very much okay. I also appreciate the fact that tap water was fresh and not salty. I'd definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mombasa.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of the old town, a few minutes walk to Fort Jesus. The treasure of this apartment is its owner, a very friendly, competent woman who helps us all the time. Fatma thank you very much, thank you for making our stay in Mombasa very pleasant. The rooms are clean and big. We always had a big continental breakfast which was served on time. No power blackouts. The waitresses at the dining room would offer the room service chapchap when requested physically. Hotel is conveniently located along Moi Road just near the Mombasa Tusks monument.

Everything!! The staff went beyond expectations, food was incredible for all the meals. The place is kept impeccable by everyone who works there. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. My first time in Kenya and Mombasa and this will be my go to place when vacationing in Mombasa!!!!

Amazing host for starters. The place is well organized and very clean. Accessible to all facilities ranging from supermarket to a very nice gym. It's also very close to Kenyatta beach. If you're in Mombasa on vacation this is definitely the place to spend your time. Worth every cent.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very clean, airy and in a secure location. The Kitchen was well equipped with a modern Fridge, microwave and stove. James one of the Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be visiting again if we ever go back to Mombasa, Kenya

It's a beautiful apartment and very cozy, comfy, aesthetically done and an oasis in hot Mombasa. I didn't want to leave once I got here. The guide provided is very helpful and the owner is very helpful too. Totally recommended when you need to simply rest in the room.

The hostel is situated near Fort Jesus, a popular attraction in the Old Town in Mombasa. I really enjoyed the hospitality. They also helped me by providing detergent for washing my clothes and helped me in drying them. They also helped me book my SGR train back to Nairobi.

We had very good 6 nights at the Hotel. Our initial plan was to try other hotels in Mombasa, but we couldn't find anything better than Serena. Staff where extremely helpful ensuring our stay was memorable. We got upgrade to sea view room and late check out.

It was an absolutely amazing apartment. Everything was there. Great bed. Nice kitchen and shower. Great tv and sound bar. I highly recommend this. I will stay there next time in Mombasa. The host is really great and made me feel at home.
