Loved the location, the room was lovely and clean and even came with kids amenity packs. We booked the deal with breakfast each morning which was fantastic. A great spread of different foods and always clean and tidy.

Located right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. every single thing was really nice. the staff really helpful and quick. the hotel also provided high quality hair and skin care. everything was really clean, no doubt. the hotel interior (lobby, garden, etc.) was really cool and historic, with very nice view. the hotel also really close with the harbour and chinatown. everything was perfect.

Location of the hotel is super convenient as it is just 2-3 mins walk from/to Yokohama Station for transport to many tourist spots in Kanagawa pref and Tokyo metro. However the walking path from within Yokohama Station toward the hotel could be a bit confuisng to new comer due to many exits in the station.

The staff was kind enough to check up on us during an earthquake in Kanagawa, as it would have affected our check-in time. The check-in process is easy. The hotel lobby is nicely decorated.
Great location! Near Shin-yokohama station and Yokohama Arena. Many convenient stores like 7-eleven, Famima, Lawson nearby. The room is not too small.

The private onsen was the cherry on top. The tatami room was stunning; the buffet restaurant out of this world. Both Okada's facilities and the ones nearby guests may utilise are a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the surrounding, breathtaking landscape.
The hotel is small but it is really cute and thoughtful. Really clean, the staff are friendly, breakfast was great. The price is just right. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Good jobs!
The public bath located on B1 was sooo good

The best onsen experience. Only wish we knew that they provide shuttle bus to the hotel ealier so we don't have to drag our luggage from the bus station.

This property was absolutely lovely. The room was very large and spacious. The in room outdoor bath was very enjoyable! I enjoyed the entire experience and wish I could've stayed longer. The breakfast was really good.

Conveniently located next to the JR Sakuragicho station and on top of a shopping mall. Staffs are friendly and professional. Clean room, good view of Minatomirai. I would stay here again for the next visit.
We had the tatami room. It was a great ryokan experience. The apartment was very spacious with separate bed room and living room. Bathroom and toilet were also comfortable and spacious. Decoration of the room was also great. Service we received at the reception was above world-class. Avalability of all kinds of baby equipments, i.e. bathtub, chair, clothes, shampoos, etc., at the reception was a great surprise. Breakfast was also plenty and of good quality. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great ryokan experience at affordable price.

We loved our stay at Setsugetsuka! We had to book with very short notice since the ryokan we were supposed to stay at had a fire the day before our arrival and had to cancel all bookings. Because of booking with such short notice we didn’t have very high expectations but we loved everything from the room to the Onsen!
Big and convenient rooms. The private onsen was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakone ropeway. Free shuttle from Odawara station three times per day.
Service is great They provide extra amenities such as towels, cups and yukata on the next day even though i didn't ask for it. The tv system interface is exceptional. You will get all kinds of information regarding hotel facilities, check in/out time, video on demand (I like this VOD stuff 😉) and also all tv programs across Japan. You wanna extend your check out time? No problem, just use the tv remote and click to extend by hours (1000yen/hour). You just need to pay during check out later. EASY!
