Well set in Hiroshima, Hilton Hiroshima offers 4-star accommodation close to Myoei-ji Temple and Hiroshima City Minami Ward Community Cultural Center. Hilton Hiroshima is the pinnacle of affordable luxury . I stayed only 2 nights and honestly I felt I should have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, with all necessities. The toilet is something from another level, I have never seen something like that. Also, the room is modern and we had a fabulous high floor view over the city. The location is fantastic. Close to many attractions, walking distance, gardens and restaurants. Special thanks to Yoriko from the front desk. She is the kind of person you want to have attending you. Amazing attitude, attention to detail and helpful. One of the best people, if not the best that I met in the service industry. Also the pool and spa area are amazing. You have to try them!

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

The location was a great jump off point to the Chugoku region (and even Hakata). There is also a nearby convenience store. The buffet was also great. They even have their own signature dishes which, I guess, they alternate daily. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free.The staff were all nice. Also, the coin laundry (inclusive of detergent) and dryer were very convenient.

I was travelling with my husband. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location at the bay, the food at the fantastic restaurant with a wonderful view. They have a great buffet breakfast and a very good dinner or lunch buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we loved so much the onsen. Very convenient the ferry to Miyajima just in front of the hotel. I would absolutely reccomand. There is also a regular bus to down-town city just in front of the hotel.
It was possible to walk to Ivy Square from Kurashiki Station, however we took a taxi when we first arrived, which only cost ¥1000. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area as it is very close to the main streets of the traditional Bikan area of Kurashiki with its many interesting shops selling all manner of items from locally produced tea to denim, also produced locally. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included in our booking but it was very easy to find cafes close by where we could get a coffee and something to eat.

The room was a decent size and in a great location. It was only a few minutes bus ride/walk from the shinkansen station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was fantastic and had everything that I needed.
Elegance, superb style and tradition - a delight to experience. Staff had limited English but we were well looked after with no problems. Appreciated the pickup and return service from Kaike Tourist Centre. Would love to stay again.

Breakfast was good. Service generally good. However most reception staff could not communicate in English whereas restaurant staff did better. Kudos to the part-time barista Cristina who not only could communicate well but conducted herself so well as a concierge in checking and making several arrangements for a side trip for us that the regular staff at reception were unable to do. She was personable, resourceful and went out of her way to support us. We expected this level of service from the hotel’s regular staff which was lacking.
Everything. It is extremely cheap for all that it offers, with more amenities than other hotels for the same price, as well as things you can use in the room free of charge. Bed was very comfortable and big even for two people. Very clean. Couldn't hear anything outside my room. Really close to the train station too..

Staff were all friendly and very helpful . The location is great not too far from station and also tram station for Korakuen garden and Okayama. Plenty of lovely restaurant and bar kitchens around . Will definitely consider to use this friendly hotel again .
This was an excellent stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. They also offer convenient luggage storage before and after check-in. The pantry is stunning—beautifully designed and perfect for Instagram. It’s open all day, not just during breakfast, with some cold drinks available. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious pancakes and rotating side dishes. The coffee was superb, with both iced and hot options available during breakfast hours. Even the cutlery and tableware were stylish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hiroshima, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. Okonomimura is just around the corner. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Hiroshima!
