I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

Hotel Ai Dogi is in the central square of Palmanova just 50 metres from the Cathedral. Rooms offer plasma-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and some have views of the square. The location is perfect and the town quaint and friendly. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was very good. It is our second time here and we would certainly return again.
