Mrs Elena is the owner. Very kind and nice woman. She welcame us with joy and a glass of Proseco and little traditional cookies. Room was perfectly clean. In the morning fine breakfast with delicious cafe and very home-like atmosphere. Surely reccomend this accomodation. Very moodfull little village on top of the hill.

Located in Laino Borgo, 24 miles from La Secca di Castrocucco Beach, Hotel Edelweiss has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The staff were great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and everything I need was promptly done by the staff.

Located in Morano Calabro, 26 miles from Archaeological Park of Sybaris, Villa San Domenico has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Amazing staff who greeted us warmly and were very helpful. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner with them and WOW, everything so fresh, home-made and delicious. The place is super well located, right in front of the town hall. It's quiet, comfortable, will be back one day! Grazie!

Palia's Hotel is located in Laino Borgo and features a garden, shared lounge and bar. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi. Every room is fitted with a terrace. Wonderful warm welcome from Roberto - we felt at home immediately! The location is brilliant - practically ….as its 5’ from the autostrade junction and then just for the sheer beauty of the surroundings, nestled in a valley. After the noise of the autostrade the peace of the place along with the river gurgling at the foot of the valley is just wonderful . Quite astonishing. Immediately relaxing! the view from the property in all directions is beautiful The hotel has everything you need - rooms are a good size, simply decorated but well equipped with a good shower (& no shower curtain!) and a good working hairdryer, fridge and bedside lights. Many rooms have a terrace as well. Just fab. And then there’s the evening meal if you choose to eat at Palia’s .. absolutely wonderful . Cooked brilliantly by Roberto’s mum - the house anti pasti were spectacular - so varied and tasty . Pasta course was fab - sadly we had no room for secondi :-( Breakfast was wonderful - amazing selection of local made cakes PLUS Roberto asked is wed like meat or eggs or cheese as well ! Thank you It was exceptionally good value - both the hotel rate and the meal and the drinks. We were just passing through, a stop over, but what a find!! AND what a great place to stay for longer as there is lots to do locally - river based activities plus hiking etc We will definitely come back

Located in Morano Calabro and with Archaeological Park of Sybaris reachable within 26 miles, Albergo Merùo provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the... Everything was perfect, father and son managing the hotel are wonderful hosts and people, they shared their story with us and treated us like we were family or long time friends. The hotel is absolutely immaculate and in a wonderful position in the little town. There is free parking right around the corner. Breakfast in the morning has everything needed, from home made cakes to cheeses, cured hams, fruits and yogurts. Our room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom looked like it was never used, absolutely perfect and sparkling clean with shampoo and soap. We arrived late and wanted to have some dinner, the owner called a friend of his, Renato, owner of a nice little restaurant in town and he offered to pick us up and drop us back after we had a great meal. We really highly recommend it!

When we arrived we were greeted by two adorable dogs, Lucy and Theo. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, tranquil, yet close enough to many beautiful Calabrian beaches and lively Diamante in the evening. It was very clear how much thought went into every single detail at this exquisite property, truly a dream! We have been coming to Calabria since we were little and we just found this hidden gem. Gina the chef takes care of guests as if they were her own children and everything she prepares for food is homegrown, made with love, and divine! We ate the best food at La Pastorella. Claudia the owner is very kind and well known in the town of Maierà. We are in love with this place and will be returning. We felt at home.

Hotel Ristorante Mulino Iannarelli features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Severino Lucano. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. we got the river view room which was huge and very beautiful. the owner was very helpful. The food in restaurant was delicious.

Hotel Ristorante Sette E Mezzo is located in the Pollino National Park, a short drive from the Monte Sirino ski slopes. The restaurant serves traditional dishes of the Basilicata region. I normally go there to sleep while traveling to Sicily from Northern Italy, that is quite a long trip. The food is very authentic and good. Staff is kind. From here you can hike in the Pollino Park.

Featuring a free-form outdoor pool, the Grand Hotel De Rose is located in Scalea, next to its private beach. Wi-Fi and parking are free, while some rooms have Tyrrhenian Sea views. Very nice hotel next to the sea. The rooms are clean, overlooking the sea and the garden. It is very pleasant to spend time on the balcony. Breakfast is tasty, varied. Fresh pastries are served. Overall we recommend the hotel.
