Both breakfast and dinner are good and tasty:) Very good gym and fairly good spa area. Even the living room is equipped with some sport staff:) Wifi is fast. The hotel personnel is helpful and really professional.

Love love love the interior design of this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous and so well designed. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the old town but still very quiet inside. Breakfast was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay and there is not one thing we can pick out that was bad. All was new and modern. Room was clean and functional. Enough space for our things. View from balcony was fairy tale. We could hear no sound from the hall or street. Underground parking was safe and bike room was equipped with all sorts of things you need for the service of your bike. Outside station to clean your bike was free and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Everyone from the staff was nice and polite, willing to help us. Sky pool and spa was total paradise. Roof top terrace and sauna with view on the mountains. Really, we wish to come back very soon and spend more time here. Probably the best hotel we have been to.

Everything was beautifully clean and fresh,the apartment is less than five minutes walk to the ski Depot/bistro building and the Ski lifts,Borest,and Colfosco. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a simple meal,and has all the small items required for breakfast and lunch. Large apartment, very comfortable for a family of four. Definitely not modern styling, but still practical, clean and well maintained,. Underground parking slot with easy access. The hosts were very helpful, we received a free transport card for the local buses, free voucher for Mar Dolomiti aqua park and also a promotion voucher for Dolomiti ski pass. Ski bus stop "Luna" is very close to the residence. Ortisei is great and this was a great place to explore it.
Snow, skiing, staff was great, ready to help when we left out phone on the parking lot. It was our second time in residence Lagorai. We're coming again.
This property is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, and drinks. It is also very reasonably priced - we stayed in September.

We loved everything from the start - easy check-in, very friendly stuff, we were very surprised about amount of entertainment the hotel has - from hiking/bike tours to spa and wellness like yoga and stretching, we enjoyed a lot massages, facial and spa in general, pools have amazing Mountain View, the whole territory is very stylish and clean, and room was specious, bed was super comfy. And another big thanks for the food!! it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! And we tried first night to dine at the restaurant, and the same day changed our just bed and breakfast deal to half board, because the food was so good and definitely worth to pay for! Also amazing selection of local wines 👍 every staff was very polite, friendly and professional! highly recommended
Food was great, staff was very helpful and polite. Kids loved the pool and hotel provided free sledges for the kids. Food was also amazing and they could even make other things for the kids that are not in the menu.

This is the best place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. We were amazed by our bungalow we stayed in and the views the park offered. I would and plan to return. We loved the spa and facilities. The restaurants on the site were awesome as well. They were super pet as well.
Every detail from this hotel is perfect . I enjoyed every moment, they know how to make you well welcomed. Thank you for the experience, for sure I want to come again!
