What is there not to like! Very responsive to messages and accommodated a late check-in. Staff were friendly! Even though we had a late check-in, time was still taken to explain and tell us all about the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, with handwritten notes on a map of the area that we could keep. We were also walked to our room. There was a brief power-trip, and staff came to ask if they can provide us with candles (came back in 5-minutes or so). Good wifi and clean. Wonderful breakfast! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Special mention to receptionist Anna who made us fish and chips for dinner and gave us many recommendations to explore the Snæfellsnes Penisula. She even helped us to find the northern lights at night!

Very nice place, our room was really wonderful and very relaxing. It's a short walk to many of the places you must see in Stykkishólmur. They also provided us with a delicious breakfast for a fee we thought was worth the perk. Also, cheers to Monika (not sure it's spelled like this), who helped us during our checkin and was very kind to us.
