The majestic Raj Niwas Hotel with its beautiful sandstone gate sits about 2 km from Udaipur bus stop. It has a terrace offering spectacular views of Pichhola Lake and Lake Palace. Raj Niwas has the perfect location, next to the City Palace. One of the highlights is the welcoming and super friendly Jassu who makes us feel just like we’re at home. Always available for everything and helpful with all our requests. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. One of the best stays in India. Totally recommend it. 10/10.

Great facilities loved the beautiful hotel & the lovely pool. The staff and the owners were very helpful in providing recommendations on where to visit, also helped arrange a car for our tour. On the day we left they packed our breakfast as he had to leave 5 am that was very kind of the hotel.

Magnificent property, live music all around and a luxurious stay. Hotel staffs were very helpful and courteous.. special mention and appreciation to Prathamesh, Preetam. They did their best to make our stay memorable. In the lobby area and entrance area, there’s whole day long Rajasthani folk songs, local music.. Ghumar dance during evening and live music during dinner makes the ambience very special. Restaurant managers and chefs personally attends the table to understand/customize food requirements. A 150 year old temple inside the property is a must see and there’re some good piece of paintings and chandeliers. Anytime private boat rides in Lake Pichola was very relaxing. Big thanks to all the Leela staffs.
