The staff at Radisson Dharamshala is excellent and always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing views of the valley and is spread out enough that you can take some walks in the nice weather. The pool area is definitely the jewel of the place and you can spend hours relaxing by it while enjoying the nice views. The bar is good as well. My wife and I enjoyed a few cocktails in the evenings and the staff was kind enough to bring us a small plate of food for our toddler free of charge. The food is on point. We tried the in room dining option twice and the service was great both times. The Italian restaurant was quite good and the Bohri Biriyani from the regular Indian selection is a must try. We were traveling with a toddler and he enjoyed the open air play area as well as the indoor play room.

The breakfast was scrumptious and always had a mix of Indian, continental, different fruits and nuts and a wide selection of tea and coffee. Most importantly, the owners were always around and the property was extremely well run and well maintained.

Featuring luxurious rooms with views of a garden or the surrounding mountains, Wildflower Hall Shimla features heated indoor and outdoor pools. The best thing about the hotel is the location - it is nestled in a forest and is quiet and "out of the way." The hot tub is by far my favorite place in the hotel. You can sit in the outdoor hot tub with steam coming off the water while looking out over snowy forest and mountain views. It was breathtaking! The pool area is lovely as well, and the staff are incredible....almost too helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day and in such a gorgeous setting as well. There were yoga activities and kids activities during the day, and I enjoyed reading in the quiet lounges along the side of the hotel. I had a wonderful experience traveling around Shimla and Narkana and the surrounding areas - all set up by the helpful hotel concierge/staff. It was a heavenly vacation away from the bustle during Chinese New Year.

Kudrat is a very tastefully done property and very comfortable and warm place. It has breath-taking views of the mountains. The hosts and owners Bhawna and Sudhir are the friendliest and warmest people and it was such a pleasure getting to spend time with their family including Baby Kudrat and Olly. The food served by Bhawna is to die for. Moments spent together with the hosts including river side picnics, drinking sessions and listening to all their fun stories have really become most cherished memories from our trip. We are gonna surely visit Kudrat again.
