Loved my stay at Port Aran House and would definitely book again next time. Kevin is very friendly and helpful, and full of info about the island and what to do (I've been to the islands a fair few times before, but we still had some nice chats). The fresh baked goods and selection of fruit for breakfast was fab. Nice that there's a lounge, kitchen (with fridge, oven and microwave) and dining area that is accessible to guests at all times. The place is tastefully decorated and cosy. Joe Watty's about 500 metres away for good pub food and music, and Kilronan centre at about 1 km. No problem to drop off bags early. The only noise is from the house and the weather (and this is not the kind of place that attracts or encourages a party crowd).

Without hesitation, I can say Aran Walkers Lodge was our favorite stay and "picture perfect" from the moment we checked in until we checked out! Much like the magnificent landscapes, warm welcoming people, delicious food, the historical pubs castles and monuments on Inis Mor, our stay at Aran Walker's Lodge was exactly what comes to mind when I think of Ireland! The view from the lodge is stunning and the location of the property is a beautiful bike ride away from everything we wanted to see (Wormhole, Dún Aonghasa, The Seal Colony, the Sweater Market and much more)....They even provide the bikes for a small fee (much easier and economical than renting from the pier). Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and quaintly decorated, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the owner Sean was welcoming and helpful- he advised us on walks, transport and places to eat. THE perfect host! And, Julia...what an absolute gem this beautiful and brilliant girl is! The care, kindness and extra effort she put into any request we had made it feel like we were staying with family...To think she is a volunteer is unbelievable to me. We cannot Thank you enough for turning our dream Ireland Elopement into reality!

Overlooking its own beach, Ard Einne House Bed & Breakfast provides en suite accommodation with views of the Galway and Clare coastlines. Clodagh is very helpful in guiding you to get the most out of your stay. She helps arrange tours, bicycles and even dropped my luggage off at the ferry so I could spend more time touring the island. I would definitely stay again!

A recently renovated apartment set in Inis Mor, Two Bedroom Deluxe Sea View Guest Suite features a garden. This apartment offers free private parking, bicycle parking and free WiFi. Absolutely lovely and helpful host, Claire has a beautiful, clean and very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with living room and kitchen space. We arrived on the very last ferry and were greeted with freshly made brown bread, tea and extras. We could only stay 2 nights but all of us would have loved to have stayed longer. The home is in a very beautiful, quiet area of Inis Mor with views of the ocean on one side and Dun Aonghasa on the other. Walking distance to Kilmurvy Beach, Cafe, ice cream shoppe and REAL Aran knit sweater shoppe plus the entrance to Dun Aonghasa Fort. Friendly family run property who were there for us, as needed. Shuttle ride to/from ferry and also a ride to dinner in Kilronan! This is a 5+ star accommodation that I can’t wait to go back to visit again!
