Our host picked us up at Zadar bus station when we arrived. He even drove us to the local supermarket to pick up essentials before heading to our apartment. He gave us tips on where to eat out & how to access the beach and other local amenities. He checked in on us at regular intervals to make sure we were ok and having a good time. On our departure, he drove us to the airport. We felt taken care of and in good hands. Loved the pool area, which was spotlessly clean. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean & comfortable.

Beautiful and modern family-run hotel with exceptional food and the friendliest staff. It provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our trip to Croatia centered around the beach and this hotel was very close to a beach with sandbars. There is also a ropes park in walking distance. The hotel pool was perfect to relax when the beach got crowded or too hot. At a reasonable extra cost, an airport shuttle is also available, as well as tours that have pickup and drop off from the hotel, so you don't have to drive to Zadar for a meeting spot.

This apartment was the highlight of our stay in Croatia so far. The location is perfect - just 5 min from Zadar center. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4. In fact even can accommodate 6-7 people easily. The balcony is nice, the parking is perfect.. and more . The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials. The bathrooms are very modern. And most of all, the host is lovely. She let us in 2 hours earlier than planned, and allowed is to stay an extra hour since the kids weren't up. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Zadar.

First, hospitality. We expressed a wish to eat fish since Kali is a fishermen town so Ana pulled her connections and provided us with a delicious fish. Then, memorable view from a first row to the sea on Zadar, Kali and little island Ošjak. Location is just perfect. Beach is 10m away, little grocery store and a cafe just 400m away. Surprisingly quiet area. Apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with a private parking. If you need restaurants or e-bike, motorbike or boat rental, Preko is 20 minute easy walk away.

The Apartment was very clean and tidy. It's 15 minutes on foot to Sabunike Beach from the Apartment, in my opinion one of the best sand beaches around Zadar. It's also possible to walk for around 20-30 minutes along the coast to Nin, there is also a beatiful beach. The Owners were very friendly and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a grill available (picture). I can recommend this Apartment for everybody that wants to relax somewhere more remote with their chidren or family.

Very modern apartment with all the living essentials. Good sitting room with couch and large smart TV. 2 Units of AC kept the apartment cool and fresh. Shower was strong with the bathroom being clean overall. Kitchen appliances/ cooking area was good and modern. Apartment is in a good location for Zadar town and local beaches. Surrounding area is quiet and seems safe to walk through in the evening/ night time. Good sized shops very close with public transport links also very close by.

Great apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Good AC, although it is in the main room, so bedrooms can get warm in the summer if doors are closed. Washing machine slow, but works. Very quiet rural area. Host was super nice and wifi, shower, and kitchen worked great. Host does not speak any English and I know 4 words of Croatian, so that was a little hard. TV worked and parking was easy. 25 minutes into Zadar and about 20 minutes from the airport.

Nice hotel if you want to stay far of the crowd of Zadar, 15' minutes from downtown and 10' from the airport by taxi/uber. Breakfast and room are well. In front of Hotel there is a small beach, nice and quiet (Hotel hasn't a private beach). Close is the Marina (D Marin), you can get it walking, 10' minutes, it's an amazing and marvellous place and beach, has a private and public sector, bar, restaurant and services, it's worth!

The seaview was great. You can see the sea from the bedroom, the kittchen and from the terrace. Also you have a nice acces to the sea from the Apartment. So you can easily go swimming or relaxing. Also the modern Apartment was very comfortable. You have anything you need. The owner is really nice. If you have any question, he would help you. If I am in the Region of Zadar again, I would like to stay in this Apartment!

The location was excellent,and a short walk from the ferry. The apartment,was modern bright, & exceptionally clean. The host was quick to respond to our questions & we were greeted by his father upon our arrival. He explained all our facilities & was very friendly. The treats in the fridge were also a very thoughtful gift. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend Studio Apartments Heart of Zadar!

Perfect location to explore the area. During our week we went lots of amazing beaches, I'd particularly recommend going to Nin, Zadar and Pag. On Pag there was an awesome hiking trail called Life on Mars 👌 Could easily spend 3 or 4 days exploring Paklenica national park. All these things within 1 hour. This apartment was one of the best stays of all our travels and by far the best we stayed in Croatia. It is very comfortable, equipped with everything needed for your stay and made us feel at home instantly. Laso has a nice balcony with nice views of Zadar. Nino, the owner/host was very communicative and very helpful providing recommendations.

The property is located right in the heart of Zadar, close to waterfront, restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Apartment was very clean, nicely done and had everything you needed - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV, wifi, hairdryer, cooker etc. Absolutely recommended!

Hosts are incredibly friendly and nice people. Apartment was clean, modern, well equipped with all appliances you might need during the stay. Location is just a few minutes from the beach, store, and everything you need. There is a bus station also couple minutes from the apartment where you can take a bus to Zadar or Nin.

Location to the seafront & restaurants was ideal. Apartment beautifully furnished to a high standard. Extremely peaceful & relaxing. Everything you needed was there, Netflix was a bonus too!! Host was very helpful, organised a taxi for us into Zadar & also lent my daughter a phone charger. Highly recommend!!

It’s a new apartment tastefully done with all amenities needed (looks exactly like in the pictures) A cosy place perfect for a couple or a small family. Apartment is easy to find, not far from zadar old town , Bolt/Uber costs about 5-7€ from here . Host is very friendly and responsive. Check in process is super easy.

It is a great location within walking distance of Zadar famous spots and beach. The views from the balcony/terrace are simply breathtaking. You cannot beat that. Apartment is pristine clean (I travel a lot and I don’t think so I ever found such a clean apartment). It is a gem! Will definitely recommend to others.

Our hosts Damira and Bruno super friendly and helpful. Collection and drop off at Zadar Airport, plus a welcome drink on arrival. Apartment had all the domestic stuff you normally need to buy eg washing up liquid, tea towels and plenty of cutlery and crockery. Super clean. 12min walk to sea and restaurants..loved it

Brand new apartment, fantastic really kind host that will answer any questions you might have :) Apartment has everything you might need, very clean, close to the beach with patio outside the building, parking spots availible. We recommend it to everyone interested in having great vacation time near Zadar!

The apartment is at the upper ground floor, spacious, very clean, has everything you need, the sofa bed is very comfortable, the bed is very big and comfortable. Has a huge balcony. Has a supermarket 1 min away. If you put on gps Apartment Lucy Zadar it takes you exactly in front of the building.
