I travel a lot and I'm acostumed to staff to be nice. But here they were always going the extra mile

XII Century Heritage Hotel is located in the heart of the medieval Trogir old town, which is under the protection of UNESCO. Our flight back home was cancelled unexpectedly late at the evening and needed a place to stay in for a night. I quickly searched for available hotels for 3 persons when this hotel came up with one room available and decided to booked it straight away without looking what kind of room it was. The room was Executive Suite and it was sooo stunning!! We loved all the details, bathroom was spotless and hotel overall was stylish. Receptionist Mateo was very sweet and attentive with great sense of humour, we felt very welcomed.

Great location, right by the marina on Ciovo island directly opposite the castle tower across the water in Trogir. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. We visited in temperatures of 37° so the 2 air conditioning units and extra fans were much needed and much appreciated! Extremely helpful host. Easy to contact when our flight was delayed and accommodating with our late arrival. Also happy to give advice regarding local facilities.
Very clean and very comfortable! white and perfect sheets, enough pillows to sleep well! breakfast was just perfect as we asked them to cook an omlete and eggs. They also served pancakes with jam. Very kind staff. We would surely be back!

Amazing stay. Super hospitable, kind and attentive personnel. Staying there was great. I did not see such a great attitude even at the 5 Star high-ranked hotel.

Our accommodations were very clean and spacious. Our room was actually a suite with a separate sitting/desk area which we didn't expect. We had to get up early for the airport so did not experience the free breakfast. The location is excellent, in many ways: close to swimming beaches, Old Town Trogir, and the airport. The room was nicely appointed. There is also easy parking close to the hotel, right on the premises. Despite the airplanes from Split Airport flying overhead, the room was very quiet and dark at night.
