The hotel is far from the center which make the neighborhood a bit more on residences side which is good to our preference, while its far from the center its so close to public transportation make it convenient, the room are really big and comfortable with this price in Hong Kong I would say its really good value. Check in take a bit long (lack of staff) but check out is super duper quick and easy. Hotel staff also responsive by email for my prior request and questions, which is something I really appreciated.

Considering we booked the wrong BW...{our Friend was in Kowloon} I think we chose the BEST OF ALL OPTIONS! We enjoyed Hong Kong, the waterfront was reasonably close and Beautiful. Closer to Victoria Peak and short walk to Subway. I arrived VERY LATE and was greeted so nicely. Very nice Bakery adjacent to the Starbucks. ALL sorts of places to eat, Laundry and even a Hardware store nearby. Loved it! (Oh - and the Hotel was very nice). Very comfortable Triple room, attentive Hotel staff.

Location are convenient and accessible, different type of transports can get it easily, close to metro and pier. Room having air-condition, wifi, tv, drinking water, toothbrush, towel, big fridge and oven are set in corridor. Staff are helpful for keeping my stuff, it's perfect for tourist with low budget or backpackers, it's even good for who have work nearby. Tsim Sha Tsui area are key area in Hong Kong. We need to stay around 1 month more due to renovation in our home.

ROOM Is small and just enough for 1 lugged space . location is 15 minute walk to the Hong Kong exhibition fair . most taxi driver doesn't know the address . nothing fancy the with room and area , but near to all local residential area . which you may enjoy local store and eatery place around , nearest MTR station is 15 minute walk ! and tram station is 10 minute walk , price is budget but not suitable for elderly people need a lot of walking and up hill ,

Stayed in a corner room with nice view. Location of the hotel is great for connection to airport ( Bus A11 from Fortress Hill bus stop) or airport express + MTR. Fortress Hill MTR station is just 5 min. walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite large but not exactly extraordinary considering the price tag. But then its Hong Kong. I have had really big and delicious breakfast in Bangkok Marriott at half the price.

Location was pretty central, close to Wang Chai MTA, though we arrived by taxi. Reception is a ground floor office to an elevator. Rooms are 5th floor and up. Room was bright and clean. Reception was good and efficient (English is not the best language in Hong Kong these days). Breakfast was OK, but busy and small for the number of people. Better than a premium brand hotel we had stayed in some days before (this was a split break).

Excellent location - right in the middle of a busy Hong Kong island. Generous size room which comes with a double and a single bed. Clean contemporary Ensuite, though it is not fully enclosed in the front. Exemplary internal amenities are provided. The listed photos on the website do no justice to the place. Friendly reception, concierge, and house cleaning staff. There are plenty of eating places near the hotel and shopping nearby.

Very comfortable. Excellent Central location that might appear a bit sketchy at first to a Westerner, but that is Hong Kong being a 150+ year old city. Area is VERY clean and safe - don't even think about littering. Hotel is only about 5 blocks from the Airport Express downtown train station. The nearby elevated walkway is a big plus. Staff were A+ and the best part of the stay. Certainly my hotel choice for a future visit.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in - everything was clean, they had complimentary tea in the room with kettle which I loved, the shower products were nice, and the view was great. Excellent location too, you can walk around Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, and the midlands. You can even walk to Hong Kong park in half an hour and take the tram up to Victoria Peak!

The location was ideal, offering easy access to the city's attractions. The host, one of the best people I've met!!! made my stay unforgettable. We chatted the whole night, explored the city together, and her hospitality added an extra special touch to my trip. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic Hong Kong experience!!!!!!

good size of room , good shower ,WIFI and comfortable bed . location is very near to the HKTDC or fair Ground and next to Hong Kong art school . only 5 minute walk to the main Entrance and this the only reason i book this hotel .. if for travelers and tourist this not the suitable hotel for them , you may many choice for the price you paid .

It's only a few stations away from Central station and it's along one of the main roads called Des Voeux Road. It's right beside the MTR exit as well. The room is clean and spacious. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable too. It's worth the price paid. I will come here again when I visit Hong Kong.

We appreciate the hotel's cleanliness. The location is convenient to the shopping mall, and the MTR station. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast choices. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. No complaints, everything is good. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

location, location, location! It’s only 7 minutes walk to Jordan station and 2 minutes to Temple Street night market. The room is a good size for Hong Kong and both the reception and concierge staffs were very helpful. We ended up coming back to this hotel after 2 days in Macau as we were very satisfied with what we get for our money.

Very large room considering all the small housing in Hong Kong. We arrived early and our phones were out of charge, the staff gave us charging cables and we were able to charge our phones up before walking around nearby for food. Very central location and within walking distance of many key landmarks and shopping areas.

I've already stayed with them in the past and will stay again in the future. These ladies are super helpful :) Of course, we're talking about small rooms like all these properties have in Hong Kong. But they are functional and clean. The staff is always nice and ready to assist you. Location is great.

Great location if you're looking for nightlife, drinking and clubbing. But it is very very touristy. Near Central station making it convenient to get around Hong Kong via subway. The room was spacious and the cleaning lady was nice. Really enjoyed the pocket wi-fi provided!

Ultimately new, clean, enough space Despite the fact that it’s on the south of Hong Kong island it’s close to metro and it takes 15 minute to get there, so the location is also great They have coffee corner and restaurant on the lobby level, it’s convenient too

Perfectly located, just a 10 min walk from Victoria Harbour where you can enjoy the best view of the Hong Kong’s skyline. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Staff was very kind and friendly and they gladly accommodate our requests.
