Stayed in the downstairs apartment for 2 nights and the honeymoon apartment on the third night. Only a short walk away from the shop and restaurants. Watching the moonrise from the hot tub with view over the village and mediaeval castle was one of the highlights of our holiday and would love to do it all over again

Special mention goes to Ali, the enthusiastic employee here. When we arrived here on the first day, we went the wrong way and got into a car accident. He quickly arrived at the location of our car accident and helped us lift the car out. . He gave us so much help and was very willing to help us solve our problems, because having him made our trip more complete! I wish Ali and other employees a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a happy life!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly owners who made me feel like a VIP. The suite itself was stunning. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The highlight, of course, was the private pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a sense of tranquility and privacy. The breakfast provided was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and omelets. The pool restaurant is always open and you can find what you need. the staff there are real professionals, they will help you choose wine and the meal that will suit you. The view is just breathtaking! The hotel facilities are great and the staff is excellent. We had dinner in the hotel in one of the nights and the food was also very good! Totally recommended!

The hotel views was just absolutely breathtaking views one dreams off. I would recommend to anyone, it was recommended to me. I celebrated my birthday here and I would definitely visit again. The way the team took care of me was superb and I will forever have this magnificent memory in my head and phone to last a lifetime.

Also the cat ❤️ In a very touristic and too often fake island (especially in Fira), the way this hotel was thought, the black rocks that respect the volcanic soul of the island, and the shape of the structure embracing the mountain, is unique and shows the love and attention made in creating this place. The service was excellent, the food by the pool too, and the kindness of everyone was flawless. The commercial and too touristic soul of Santorini is not our vibe, but this hotel made the difference. Would come back just to stay here and watch the caldera by the pool. Unique.

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

This is our second time stay in a Canaves property，and again they didn‘t let me down！We even got upgraded to the River Pool Suite！We thought the boutique hotel might be a little old or small compared with their Ultra-luxe Epitome，but guess what，we loved everything about it！It is as amazing as their other sister hotels！Amazing view and top-notch hospitality！
The most magical stay. We were collected at the port and brought to our hotel where staff carried out bags for us. We were welcomed with an arrival drink for check in. Our room was absolutely stunning. So clean and cosy with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit salad. We were taken on a full tour of the hotel. The pool area was incredible. The staff here are fantastic. Our room has the most gorgeous uninterrupted sunset view. Food here was 10/10 also!

The accommodation was very nicely designed and the views of the caldera were breath taking. the breakfast options were abundant and satisfied every taste. The Hotel’s restaurant Fly Away was a gastronomic tour de force for dinner and their all day menu had amazing choices of Greek gourmet food with a twist! Food for the Gods!
