What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

Set in Vrontero in the Macedonia Region, 33 km from Kastoria, Al Monte Hotel boasts a barbecue and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Traditional and newly built rooms, very clean and a lovely fireplace! Vaios and his wife welcomed us with a big smile and were there for anything we needed! Breakfast is made of products that Vaios produces himself (like honey, marmelade, eggs and various pies). Dinner is also served with traditional and local products.

The hotel lies on a beautiful island on the Little Prespa Lake and has an outstanding view. All in all, the atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy, even meditative. The owners are very friendly and helpful as well, it was a perfect experience.

Beautiful traditional apartment. Amazing views from balcony. Apartment was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday. Towels and linen were very clean. Fresh coffee and cake offered for breakfast. Hosts were very kind and friendly. Our children loved their dog Fevos. Highly recommended.
