We were only able to book the economy room which was more than adequate - I can't imagine what the suites are like. Gorgeous design inside the hotel, living area, and the terrace. Infinity pool looking out over the ocean and town. Modern but cozy. Incredible location and value for money. I would return in a heartbeat.

The Mani peninsular is spectacular and fascinating and Porto Kayio is a beautiful place to stop and relax before continuing your journey.
Good place to relax. The town is quaint and, I . suspect, very busy in "tourist" season. It's also a good place to explore some of the areas further south in the Mani Peninsula. Visiting in January meant we had the place pretty much to ourselves and the locals, which we enjoyed. The downside was that many of the places were not open or had limited items.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. The host was really easy to reach and always willing to help. I enjoyed the fact that the apartment was traditionally built, like a cave house, yet equipped with all facilities needed. Really calm and convenient location for exploring the Mani peninsula. Last but not least, while we had booked for 4 persons and finally 2 of us showed up, due to health reasons, the host was kind and willing to try to partially compensate us. Thank you once again!
Neo Itilo
The location was situated near Lemini beach and was perfect for our tour of the Mani peninsula. The apartment was comfortable with a sleeper/sofa, coffee table, and table for 4 people along with an outside balcony setting. The kitchen was great with a bigger refrigerator than usual. Sheets and bath towels are changed every two days. There are several tavernas nearby - seafood and souvlaki along with a breakfast/lunch cafe. Parking was provided in the driveway of the apartment building and very handy.

Not only the room was incredible, with functional kitchenette and bathroom and an amazing terrace with sea view; Vasiliki, Constantina and Nikitas made us feel welcome and gave us recommendations for tavernas and cafes nearby, and also gave us some very tasty basil and generally very good vibes! We loved our stay here, if you want to discover the Mani peninsula the position is excellent and, honestly, the beach next to the apartment probably the best in the area!

Very beautiful place to be! A hospitable hotel that combines peace and friendly environment with the most sweet and handful hostess. She makes a perfect breakfast that keeps you energised and ready to start your tour to the places and beaches around that someone should visit. Every place has a history that worths the visit to learn about. Definitely a must suggestion for a 3day tour at mani peninsula!

Large private balcony with sunshade. A good bakery nearby too. Great recommendations for local visits around the Mani peninsula and beyond. The best accommodation of our fortnight in the Peloponnese.
Gorgeous hotel with well appointed, comfy rooms, a generous staff, decent breakfast included, and nice views. It has a smallish pool and a short path to a pebbly beach where you can swim. Good location for exploring the Mani peninsula. Our only beef is that the windows do not have screens, and mosquitos will bug you at night.
Very pleasant and clean hotel with huge parking. Easy to find yet just meters away from the centre of beautiful Areopoli. Breakfast was all home made and very delicious. It is pretty quiet place and it can be perfect base for exploring Mani peninsula. Staff was very friendly and willing to help so you do feel welcome.
Porto Kagio
The location is very unique right at the tip of the Mani peninsula. The hotel is right on the water and they provide an SUP and kayak which is very nice. There are a few restaurants (about 3) that one can eat at in the area. We used the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was very good and was included.

Accommodation had a very nice view, it had a very clean and sunny room with wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floor. Mine had a large TV, bathrobes, and slippers on the bathroom, safe box and minibar in the room. Breakfast buffet with local dishes was served in the hotel's dining room. This area functions as a restaurant for the rest of the day. Fair rates for the season, so I would love to go again for more days.

Kalogria apartments are in the most beautiful location next to a stunning natural beach and shallow water bay, perfect for all ages. The owner makes you very welcome and the restaurant, surrounded by floral borders, serves excellent food. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
