Beautiful apartment with nice view across the valley. Very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and coffee was provided. It was a bit of a walk up the hills (recommend you use the donkey service both ways), but was so peaceful in the morning and during our midday rest. We were glad we were not “in town.” Loved sitting on the patio- especially in the evening. Our hostess was wonderful and could not be more helpful for all our needs. We loved this place. I was told that “Hydra is a vacation from your Greek vacation,” and this place had it all!

We had four wonderful nights on Hydra in this exceptional accommodation. A short walk from the port and super host Tatiana sent Alexis to carry bags. Apartment is compact but smart, modern, well designed with a wonderful outlook over the port and small balcony. Fresh fruit and simple breakfast supplies replaced each day when room is serviced. Beach towels suppled. Great attention to detail. Ate at Verandah restaurant recommended by Tatiana and unexpected dessert thrown in when we mentioned her name. Would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunset View residence. The apartment was incredibly cute and offered the most stunning view. The location was ideal, being conveniently close to the port and everything we needed. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The hosts were exceptionally kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Hydra!

I loved the location of the Nesea apartments, after visiting I would not want to be any closer to the port. This apartment was one street back from the water. It was quiet but also super close to everything. The breakfast took place at a restaurant near the water. It was wonderful and 100% worth including in our stay. Evi was super helpful and only a text or email away. I would stay here again if I get lucky enough to return to Hydra. We did 10 days in Greece and this was my favorite location.

Myrto apartment is perfect. The views from the huge terrace, over the sea, are amazing. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and friendly hosts are on hand to help if needed. It sits above Techno restaurant which is fabulous. The beach below is a little challenging to reach but there is another just a short walk away. Hydra Port is only a 10 minutes walk and although it is hilly with lots of steps it is well worth the effort. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Hydra Icons, our room - the Sophia Loren - was very comfortable, the shower powerful and hot! The terraces gave a wonderful view of the port. We'd be very happy to stay again. Note to guests with a lot of luggage, maybe think of getting a donkey to take you there as there are quite a few steps - but that is the case with mos t hotels on this beautiful island!!

The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve experienced through all my travels in Greece. The staff was extremely friendly and even helped me with my luggage down the stairs and to the port! The property was also super close to the port, like a 2 minute walk, so you didn’t have to drag your suitcase super far on cobblestone. Made traveling so much more convenient. The hot tub also has a beautiful view of Hydra!

The room was nice and clean, it had all essentials including slippers, hangers in the sliding closet and a safe box. The b&b was located at a 5 mins walk from the harbor and was easy to reach with heavy luggage. Unlike other places in hydra, you’re not disturbed in the early morning by the donkeys and the church bell. The owner was really kind and also allowed us to keep our luggage in the common lounge area.

2 minutes walk from the port & many restaurants/cafes. Clear instructions from the Hotel how to find it made it very easy to reach it. Polite receptionists. Smooth Check-in. Quiet Peaceful Hotel. Pleasant Room, Comfortable Double bed, Good Bathroom. Little Fridge. Electric Kettle. Sufficient Daily Cleaning Service. Nice mountain view from the balcony. Great value for Money. Would stay if in Hydra again.

The host, Yiannis, was excellent. He met us off the ferry and took our luggage on foot to our apartment. It is in a great location adjacent to the town centre in Hydra, but also quiet with views across the town. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The host mother not only cleaned the apartment each day, she also dropped off fresh bread each morning to go with our complimentary continental breakfast.

A great apartment with stunning views of both the sea and Hydra town. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a longer stay as well- it's perfect for two couples, or parents traveling with kids as well. The house is very clean and the hosts regularly contacted us for towel and bed sheet changes. Both the check in and checkout process was simple and straightforward.

The room is located very close to the harbor and you don't have to carry the luggage very far. The location is ideal to visit the nearby restaurants, bars and shops. The owner if very polite, helpful and flexible in arrival times. They even turned on the water heater and A/C so I could have a hot shower upon arrival. Hotel Glaros is my prefered accomodation in Hydra.

Very nice and friendly staff! All information you need they are always prompt to help you. Location is excellent! The breakfast is delicious and you can have a unique atmosphere at the beautiful garden. If you want to have a special experience, combined with history, romanticism, luxury and tranquility in Hydra I highly recommend the Orloff Boutique Hotel.

Location 3 minutes walk from ferry and everything else,shops,restaurants and bars along waterfront.Price o k considering all costs more on Hydra.Lots of light,beautifully designed and new apartment in old house.Quiet.Donkeys passing by kitchen window which opens to a lemon tree.Good bathroom.Pretty terrace with flower pots and clothes drying rack.

The Mistral Hotel is a little gem. Loaded with charm, breakfast on the patio, helpful staff. Our room was small, but adequate as we were not in it much! The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space to move around. We found water in the little refrigerator, which was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hydra.

The Hotel location is excellent, situated in the port of Hydra and next to the ferry. We had a large family room which was perfect for a two night stay. The room was comfortable, clean and very good value for money. The hotel staff were also very helpful and views across the harbour from the hotel terrace, are splendid.

I love their garden area and the location. It's perfectly located not far from the port. The hotel has this beautiful lemon trees in the garden. Perfect place to breakfast and work from away. The rooms are clean and the one we booked is refurbished and modern. 2nd time back in Hydra and this charming hotel.

Cactus Hydra was fantastic - our apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything you need, including a lovely welcome basket with local bread, jams and fruit. It’s in a great location, only 1 min walk to a grocery store and within minutes of the port and great places to eat.

the staff were so helpful with tips about where to eat. The history of the mansion is very interning, the gardens are lovely, and there’s lots of room to relax in the bottom level. Furnishings are perfect. it’s easy to find. The whole stay at Hotel Miranda on the island of Hydra is perfect!!

We were in Hydra for exceptionally unusual storms and floods and our host, Felicity, still made our trip amazing. The room was fully stocked w lovely welcome gifts, she made us dinner reservations and held our luggage. It was a wonderful and comfortable apartment and I can’t wait to return.
