Smaragdi Hotel lies just 50 metres from the black beach of Perivolos. The Cycladic-style residence offers a large swimming pool with pool bar, and a hot tub. The staff is unbelievably amazing. You can tell they love their job and they are so kind and wonderful. They gave me the best tips and were always in touch in case I needed anything. The hotel is ideally located and you can easily walk to the best part of the Perivolos beach. Would totally recommend this place.

Probably the best in Perrisa, we stayed for 3 days with a very good price. Love the 5 mins walk to the beach and enjoy a coffee there. Nice cute kittens accompany in the hotel. Very very good breakfast.

SPIROS & HIROKO Hotel - ADULTS ONLY has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Perissa. This 2-star hotel offers free WiFi. The property exceeded our expectations. And also, receiving so much kindness from a Japanese lady on a Greek island is something we would never expect. The property had beautiful decor, and the garden was remarkable, also the view of the mountains from the pool area was breathtaking. It was so quiet that we initially thought we are the only people staying there! The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, did not waste any opportunity to ensure we are having the most comfortable stay there, even when we formally checked out. Every possible peril and inconvenience was explicitly labelled across the facilities (steps, water temperatures, slippery surfaces etc) which we found quite noteworthy. The room was cool, very clean and tastefully decorated. I regret that I did not take any pictures of the balcony, because it was so charming. We also received a lot of information about the hotel's surroundings and the island.

The stay at the hotel was amazing; the hotel staff was lovely and provided personal attention to every guest. We came to celebrate my partner's birthday, and they acknowledged it by even treating us to a birthday cake. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. On the first day, they offered us an early check-in because they knew our flight was arriving early, and on the last day, they offered us a late check-out because our flight was in the evening. I can't emphasize enough how incredible the staff was! They were available for any questions, helpful with every little thing, and had a solution for everything. My partner and I left extremely satisfied, and we will definitely return.

Very helpful and friendly staff - we had a very early flight so we arrived to the place much earlier than the check-in time but they already had the room prepared and ready for us (they reached out a day earlier to find out when we are coming). The apartment was new and had all facilities that we needed - it actually surprised us that it had two fully equipped bathrooms. There is a private beach where hotel guests have reserved sun beds with amazing service (just press the button). The beach is also great - just sand, no sharp or slippery rocks as in most of Santorini beaches.

A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. the hotel is simply but tastefully decorated. Everything is always kept extremely clean and tidy. The staff are always extremely friendly, polite and willing to help with whatever you need. The pool area is very beautiful and well maintained, just like in the pictures. The sun loungers are comfortable and there are always clean, dry towels available without having to pay extra fees for their use. The breakfast buffet is fresh, plentiful and delicious. It was my birthday and the staff helped my husband to arrange a cake. They also helped us organize transfers and car rentals in a hassle-free way. Our vacation was perfect and I sincerely thank the wonderful hotel staff.

Very good accomodation with good location and very friendly staff . Pool in the yard is excellent for refreshing and relaxing. Everything is peaceful and great for rest after all day sightseeing around Market and bakery are right next to it. Local beach is nearby.

Very good location (near the beach). The room was clean and nice. Wifi was very good and always available. The owners and staff were very, very 😊 friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served individually for everyone.
