Our hosts were very kind and gave great advice for exploring the island. The rooms are well-made with good sound-proofing and comfortable beds. Daily cleaning was top notch. The view is great and you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. Excellent location, close to the center of the village, the beach, and the port, but far from noise. Convenient parking spots for the guests.

The Cycladic-style Hotel Minoa is centrally located in Katapola Port, next to restaurants and mini markets and 100 metres from the beach. Everything. Our room was fabulous, and the bathrooms have recently been renovated so that was a lovely surprise. The lady running the hotel speaks excellent French and English and treats you like family, she even sat down with us on the first day with a big map and explained all the best spots. The breakfast is delicious with lots of food from their garden and homemade cakes. The location is perfect with a huge free car park nearby if you rent a car and great restaurants at the foot of the door. When we come back we will 100 percent stay here again, thank you Joanna!

We only stayed 2 night but did not have any negative points. Room was nice and very clean, breakfast in the morning very good and staff very friendly !

Overlooking Aegiali’s sandy beach, Hotel Vigla is located in the traditional village of Tholaria. We had the most magically 3 night stay at Hotel Vigla. From start to end everyone who works at the hotel will exceptional! The matriarch of the family is heading the kitchen and serving up delectable delights using the freshest ingredients from their family garden. The breakfast which is included in your stay was the best I have had at any hotel. Varied and interesting with local dishes and home baked goods. The location is ideal for day hikes to other small villages and also to the port and beaches. The only problem with Hotel Vigla is that at one point you will need to say goodbye. We will be returning next year!!

This place is very beautiful. It has everything you need and more when going to Amorgos: close to the port, close to stores and restaurants, yet in a quiet place with a view of the ocean and a beautiful garden. The room is the best one I've been in all my trip to Greece, with the tipical style for a Greek aestetic, such a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, a fridge and kitchen utensils and a little cute table to take a coffee in the outside. Also, Christos is so kind, he will help with everything you need. I highly recommend it!

Lovely cosy, clean,well furnished room, the best bathroom we've had in Greece so far. Nice to have a proper shower with screen although still.hand held shower head. Comfy beds, nice linen. Great quiet area and lovely little garden area, coukd hear cockerels felt rural. 5 min walk to the port. Ignore mosns about steps, there's a handful then you go along a flat path. No problem walking there at all unless you've a disability. Amorgos and Katapola are lovely and we had a great stay and would return. Very relaxing.
Our stay in Agnadi Hotel made our vacation in Amorgos unique. The hotel was three minutes far from the port, on a walking distance, and the room was spacious, very clean and with a fantastic view of the sunset. Photos perfectly correspond to what we got. Maria, Stamatis and Mrs. Foteini are exceptional hosts, welcoming, helpful and discreet. We totally recommend it and we will visit it again in a future trip to Amorgos. Maria & Stamati, thank you!

The place was lovely! It is located just a few steps from the beach, and is very close to a supermarket and several restaurants. The hosts were super sweet and kind. They picked me up from the port and helped me whenever I had any questions. The room was cozy and had a nice balcony. Katapola was a wonderful, authentic little village. I can absolutely recommend coming here. Amorgos is definitely worth seeing. It is a beautiful island!

The best place to stay! Such a wonderful week- Petros was so helpful. We were met at the port and taken to the beautiful apartment, overlooking the sea. The room was serviced and cleaned regularly and we could not fault the attention to detail - Everything was absolutely beautiful. A lovely place. The Hotel is by the sea, you can have an amazing view from your room. Adonis who is in charge of the site is lovely. He takes care of everything for you. The Hotel is not a touristic one, Adonis works with is mother. You would enjoy a breakfast close to the swimming pool admiring the view of the bay of Amorgos. We strongly recommend this hotel !!!

This is the best place we’ve stayed in Greece, and we’ve been to 5 different islands! Amazing host, and the room was just incredible. Such great value, looks just like the pictures, very clean and a beautiful view. When sat outside it felt very private too. The host picked us up from the port too. We loved Amorgos but would go back just to stay at Kykladonisia!

Gryspo's is the place to be on Amorgos, and Amorgos is the place to be in the Cyclades! Fabulous hotel, close to a great beach, in the fun little town of Aegiali, chill and lively at the same time, great hikes up to the hill towns and across the island. Highly, highly recommended! Konstantinos is a great host: he embodies hospitality, provides all kinds of information (in several languages) and looks after every detail. The Greek word filoxenia (hospitality) is the only word i can use for Diasino . Amazing room clean, comfortable, and nice view from the balcony. Renting the car was easy and quick reliable vehicle. we highly recommend Pension Barbara! Barbara is very friendly, and is attentive to every detail. Our apartment was spacious, had a great view, and was well equipped. Plus, Pension Barbara is located in the center of Katapola, and Katapola is in the center of Amorgos, so it is a perfect place to set off from to explore the town and island.

We stayed at Hotel Minoa, top quality of life place! Amorgos is an amazing island, staying at Hotel Minoa has made our holiday there the best experience ever! The rooms, the position, the Mythos restaurant and the patisserie downstairs great food always at hand. Last but not the least: Joanna and Stamatis super friendly and always helpful.
Just the most charming, beautiful peaceful place to stay. The views are out of this world. A true Big Blue experience. Hotel Pagali and Amorgos have taken my heart and made it sing! I will come back and stay longer. The room had a million dollar view, a small kitchen and the village a charming laid back quiet magic.

Its rustic beach side hotel with very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff helped us with car rental and they also offered port transfers which made it very convenient to get to the hotel. Hotel is right at the beach and being Amorgos as a secluded island, it all added to its charm.

Top location in Katapola next to everything. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very modern, we loved our room! Nice view to the port and really enjoyed the in-room shower, it was a different touch. Mr. Dimitris gave us THE best to-do list of Amorgos, really appreciated it. Cannot recommend it enough :-)
Solo traveler here. I was doing some writing on Amorgos and I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Minoa. The hotel staff were all really friendly and genuine. Full of character and the restaurant next door was brilliant too. One of the most memorable hotels I’ve stayed in Greece (I’ve stayed in a lot)
