Room was well appointed and had lots of character - we stayed in the old building. Great location. Only managed to stay for dinner once - food was fantastic - we will make more use of the restaurant next time we stay.

Have stayed before and love the friendliness of staff the room and restaurant, if I were to complain it would be that the room services were stopped, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying, I’ll stay again next time I’m in England

The hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and super helpful. All the staff were brilliant Monica, Kelly and the manger were so helpful much better than most other hotels we've stayed in Thurrock area.
It is a lovely hotel in a village location. It is by far the best place to stay in Thurrock. There is a nice bar, good food and sweeping views across the local area.
Room was immaculate. Very good quality shower. The hotel has good catering facilities if you want them. When I'm next in Thurrock, I intend to stay here again.
